Absolutely solid wire
Great quality with many uses. I used the wire to secure areas of a chain-link fence and deer fence. Despite the durability, I was still able to cut it with a wire snippers so installation was quick and simple. Bends easily (or with the help of a pliers) and holds its shape.

Thinner than Expected
I'm using this wire for an electric fence to keep out bear. The description is exactly the same as what a spool at the feed store carries....smooth galvanized steel wire. But these are very small rolls. That same roll of 14 gauge at the feed store weighs 10#s for 100'. This spool weighs maybe 3 pounds for 100'. The spool is about 10 inches round. The feed store spool is 20 inches in diameter. And much heavier. I only went with this because the feed store can't get these rolls of wire. The Amazon wire is probably going to work, hopefully, as there's not much choice.
