I very much appreciated the small metal (stainless steel?) dosing ‘spoon’ included with this jar of shilajit. I expect I’ll use it for many years. The shilajit itself tastes like other good quality shilajit I’ve ingested in the past. It’s a bit bitter, but not unpleasant. I liked that it wasn’t as hard as some nor watery/overly liquid like another brand was, which makes it easier to use. Good value for the money!

I've read that the little silver spoon meant better quality and I can honestly say this brand is thicker and bolder in flavor than the previous brand (wooden spoon). This Shilajit is very thick and hard to remove from the container but it dissolves easily in my morning coffee. The flavor is a bit like beef broth to me when mixed with water, in coffee it is unnoticeable.

I'm glad the seller added the testing info to the product page. It wasn't there when I originally ordered this product. I had to research that myself. I did all the testing as described and this passed with flying colors. If you're here, you already know the benefits of Shilajit and you're comparison shopping. This brand is definitely better than most others out there. And the price is reasonable for the amount you get.

I've been on a health journey and decided to pick up this shilajit after reading about its origin and perceived health benefits. Can't tell if it's a placebo effect, but I do feel more energized. Additionally, my skin has been a lot clearer and less oily since starting on shilajit. One of the listed use-cases of shilajit is treating high cholesterol, which I have, so hopefully my next check-up will show lower cholesterol levels.It tastes sweet and bitter, definitely an interesting taste that you may have to get accustomed to. The good thing is that it dissolves very easily so you can mix it in your morning tea or coffee.I haven't had any side effects from taking it, so I'll continue to take it as long as it seems to be benefitting me.

What I like:A very good source of unique trace minerals.I was immediately and pleasantly surprised at the more fluid-like viscosity of this product, as compared with all others I've tried on the market. It's always been my experience with these resins that they are harder than the dried sap that oozes and dries from old cherry trees. That's not the case with this product. Sure, the product is thick and sticky, but it's easy to get it onto the little spoon and I don't have to literally strain my wrist to get a little dab of it, as I've had to do with all the other resins of this type.The jar contains a good amount of resin; enough to last me a couple of months with daily, sensible dispensing.I feel the overall quality of this resin is A+.What I don't like:There's nothing I don't like about the product.I would surely order this item again.

Shilajit has become my go-to supplement for trace minerals and I have tried about a dozen brands at this point. I've experienced everything from authentic lab-tested shilajit to strange imitations that have tasted like varying combinations of molasses, chocolate syrup, and soy sauce.To me, shilajit has a bitter, earthy flavor and thick resinous texture. This particular shilajit is much more watery than what I am accustomed to. When I opened it, it had a weird light-colored froth on the top that I've never seen before with shilajit. I did pick up some of the distinctive shilajit flavor when I tried it, but I also tasted a slightly minty flavor and a very soapy aftertaste, which I have not experienced before.I can't say for sure what is in this resin, but between the unusual aftertaste and the other discrepancies that do not line up with the multiple brands of lab-tested shilajit that I've had in the past, I do not plan on consuming the rest of this product.

This Shilajit supplement is a decent option that seems a bit more consitent in the "consistency" as it's not rock solid like some I've tried and it's not watery. It offers the benefits you expect to find in a good shilajit product. The packaging and seal is well done and the quality is above most that I've tried. It comes with a small spoon to help you get the right amount, though for me a little goes a long way!Boots your mood and energy and provides the trace minerals that are lacking in many nutrient depleted foods in the markets today.
