Excellent small knife
Very sturdy fit and finish with no wiggle in any parts. A bit on the small size for large hands but fits in the pocket easily with zero bulk. The finish is smooth and looks great. Love the snap and how quickly it opens. The lock is a great addition.

Pretty great knife
It's an EDC knife that is not too big. At first it was hard to open. The movement felt gritty at first too. I cleaned it out, polished the parts and worked with it for a while and it opens nice and smooth like a champ now. Very sharp! I'm talking specifically about the black Twitch II with the TiNi handle. I have the wooden handle model on the way to see if I like it as much as the first. They are a little short in that they dangle your pinky but that's just so you know. I don't think it's a problem because there's good grip on the rest of the knife. I was not sure if I would like the black blade but i'm getting used to it. A great gentlemen's knife.

SOG Twitch II Folding Knife
Very nice! I have other SOG tools and this one is of the same high quality. The lock-back mechanism is fine but I don't like the unlock mechanism as well as my other SOG knives & I was disappointed that there was no safety lock to prevent the blade from opening inadvertently, like in one's pocket. The spring appears to be stiff enough to preclude inadvertent opening but, just the same, I would prefer a safety.

Nice
Very nice design. Feels good in the hand. Flipper and thumbstud both work fine.I remove one star because there is a sliding safety lock button that will stop the knife from opening or closing on the back that is too loose. It will lock and unlock when you don't want it to, and even if that's just bad luck on my item there is no way to tighten or loosen it so eventually this would be a problem for any owner. For this reason I would recommend the Kershaw Knives series by designer Ken Onion above this knife. Leek, Chive, and Scallion all have similar black/black designs with good feel and flipper/thumbstud, but their safety buttons can be tightened down to make them stay where you want them or tightened really hard to disable them and make them stay in one position. They are cheaper and made from 440A if I recall correctly, but for a knife of these dimensions that should be more than adequate, and they're all available in flat black blade and handle just like this.

Perfect EDC knife for me.
Great everyday carry knife. Not too big, not too small - fits perfectly in my front pocket. Sharp blade keeps a good edge. I really like the flip to open mechanism; I added a bit of white lithium grease to the moving parts and worked it for a couple of days to break it in. Flips nicely after that. The blade locks securely. Would recommend.

Quality issues
This is the knife I wanted. Perfect size for me. Great pocket clip. Problem is knife won’t open into locked position without having to do it with the other hand. Not automatic. Something in mechanism not polished or bad bearings/bushing. Really wanted this knife.

Dependable, well built quality knife.
These are excellent knives. This is probably the 6th one I have owned. I use the knife every day and feel naked without it lol. Holds an edge well and works every time. The blade lock feature works great. You do have To tighten the screws occasionally and apply a little machine oil the the blade hinge point but other than that, you put it in your pocket and forget it's there until you need it!

Good knife except
I have had this knife for just about 2 months. I carry it in my pocket almost everyday. It came with a great edge, very sharp. I like how compact it is and how easy it is to open. I like the locking feature. My complaint, and the reason for the 3 start review is that in only two months the screw that holds the knife together in the middle of the handle has worked it's way out and is now lost. The knife still works, for now. I think it is just a matter of time before the post holding the locking mechanism in place falls out and the knife will no longer be functional.
