I have been wanting to take an extra bit of vitamin D lately as I spend a lot of time indoors. I use Vitamin D as part of my wellness routine, and have heard that vitamin K can be helpful for it's absorption too, which is why I decided to try out this product since it has a combination of the two. It has a good amount of vitamin D so you only have to take one capsule, I always appreciate when the serving size is 1. I cannot yet speak to the health benefits of this product, however, I can say that through my experience with this product so far, I have not noticed any side effects, nor have I experienced any issues. The capsules are on the smaller side and easy to swallow, so I don't even have any complaints there either. Overall, since they work well for what I need them for and I haven't experienced any side effects, I do recommend these to others.

This is a great supplement. D3 helps with calcium absorption and the dosage is perfect. I would say that if you are younger or light skinned and getting plenty of natural sun, the D3 may not be necessary. But for someone like me, who is older and darker skinned, the dosage of 5,000 IU D3 is great.Also, the 100mcg of K2 is just right. For someone that's older, K2 is a great supplement for continued bone health.D3 and K2 combined is a great supplement to help calcium get absorbed into the bones, where it does good. Of course, I can't speak to effectiveness, but I take these to try to make sure that my bones are healthy and strong as I get older. Obviously, people differ, and effectiveness will vary, but this is worthwhile trying.Highly recommended.

I am prescribed to take high dose Vit D so this works wonders for me. I am happy that this is potent and comes with Vit K2.The pill is small and I take 2 every morning. Easy to swallow, no weird smell or aftertaste, no tummy aches and no allergic reaction.Company seems to be reputable so will be buying more.

For me this is a perfect amount of Vitamin D3 and K2. This two together are a nice combination of calcium and for a proper absorption. Also, there are many benefits to taking Vitamin D3 including immune support and bone and heart health. I have been taking both in separate capsules or pills for years and I am super happy to be taking both in one veggie capsule. The capsules are easy to take and I have had no side affects. For me the fact that they are made in a GMP facility, are GMO free and made in a FDA registered facility in the USA is the topper! Five stars.

I like that this vitamin D and K2 supplement have straightforward ingredients. Becomes in capsules that are from a vegetable source. I really like that part. The capsules are very easy to take. I can swallow them with no problem. One capsule is the recommended serving size. It should be taken one time a day. One bottle contains 60 capsules. The expiration date on my bottle is December 2026 .
