I use a non-contact thermometer for quick temperature checks, especially at night. Holding it near the forehead gives a reading within a second, and the backlit display helps me see in dim light. Useful non-contact thermometer
Our old thermometer was one that you used in the ear, so you needed to buy the replacement covers for the probe part. This is much better as you can just point it at the person's forehead and get a reading, no messing about!I tried this one with my old thermometer too, and it does seem pretty accurate as they measured the same. I like how easy to control it is, and also that you can use it to check the temperature of objects, although apart from playing with it when I first got it, I have used it almost exclusively for checking the temperatures of people!Great to have in the cupboard at this time of year, with lots of germs about.

Easy way to take a temperature
I wish that I had this when my granddaughter has a chest infection it would have been so much easier to take her temperature.I would suggest that if you have little ones either your own or grandchildren this infrared thermometer is a must 👍👍👍, it is easy to use good value for money a speedy and accurate.Colour coding makes it easier to read functionality excellent.
