Each chapter has vital information about how to plant, what type, how to harvest, and Dos & Don’t to beginning and maintaining a herbalist pharmacy in your home. This is definitely a good read, very easy to comprehend, and is not AT ALL down playing western medicine. If anything it’s recommends to not abandon your primary healthcare provider but to speak with them.
