I got these because I have really dry skin and plus I’m getting older.. it’s been too soon to tell but I like that’s it’s a liquid capsule.. I like the face that you only have to take one at a time because so other brand want you to take 3 or so at a time

My hands are so dry they crack and bleed. I used to spend hundreds of dollars on moisturizing soaps, countless lotions & balms. When I don't take these I notice a major difference. I don't have bleeding and cracked fingertips & knuckles. The added benefit is overall skin health. This is an essential suppliment for me. I just take one a day and feel the results.

Back 13 years' ago when I had cancer, my integrative oncologist told me to take a supplement called 'Embryo" or "Wheat Embryo" and it helped my skin recover from the chemotherapy. Along with rosemary oil capsules, it made my skin glow. It was made by a company called Completely Green (I believe) and I was never able to find it again. I did not take wheat germ because I have a gluten sensitivity. I just started taking this (it's good to remember that it takes supplements about 21 days to kick in) and 20 days' later, people are commenting on my skin's texture. I should add that I am 59 and refuse to wear foundation or concealer so I've got to work a little harder these days. I can't answer the "flavor" question because I don't bite or chew these.

The insides of my arms between the elbow and wrist had loose skin. I have only taken two pills a day for a week, and I just noticed that my arms aren't crepey any longer. I can't believe it! I love these pills. I am going through menopause and my hair was thinning/falling out a lot and my skin lost elasticity with me getting a turkey neck and flabby arms. I was looking decades older. After using this for 2 weeks, i noticed considerable improvement and I have normal few strands of hair shedding and my skin is more taught and less flabby. My turkey neck has greatly receded. I am so very happy with these pills and will continue taking them. I do use this in conjunction with collegen, vitamin C, cell salts and other supplements.
