I am giving this 3 stars and I feel bad however.....I have no idea if it does anything and after two tubs, I don't feel any different.It tastes awful. Like licking the pavement (i don't lick pavements, but I imagine it tastes the same).HOWEVER the stats show it is a good product and the benefits are good.I'll move onto something else but might work for you.

This resin falls in the same category which proves to me that a level of purity to it.Taste aside, I've found it takes 1-2 weeks of regular usage for its effects to be noticeable and this particular one performs like other shilajit brands that I've tried before.My only complain it is that the included spoon actually has a much larger that needed portion, so it's quite hard to portion.
