This robot vacuum and mop is a five star product. I always buy shark as I find their products the best of the best.I initially ordered a cheap version and it didn’t work and was swiftly sent back. I hate mopping and I wanted a machine where the mop was not just a gimmick, I think most of the others in this price range or cheaper don’t really mop but just rub a jet of water rather vaguely over hard floorsI can happily say Daisy mops like an angel and is a good little hoover too. I love the simplicity of the machine and it’s really easy to use. It doesn’t get stuck and maps so quickly and efficiently.The dust bucket is a bit fiddly and I too wish it could clean and climb stairs but in 2024 you can’t have it all. I love daisy and she has changed my cleaning life. No more mopping thanks to her, a very good buy especially for her mopping skills

First ever robot vacuum I have. As a techy guy who likes a clean house but can’t be bothered to lift a finger this was a no brainer for me.The robot is well built and has a good base. I got it to do a map which it did pretty accurately.Was pretty surprised at just how much dirt it picks up, and that’s just on normal mode, not even the max mode. The spacial awareness is quite impressive, for example it cleans the hallway perfectly that I marked out and won’t touch any of the other bedrooms if I don’t ask it to. It’s fairly quiet, can be a bit loud when self emptying but that’s only for a few seconds and the base is in the corner of another room so doesn’t bother me.My only issues so far are carpet tassels (at my grans house), she has quite dated rugs that have long fringes, the robot can get caught up in them and you will have to manually fix it.The app overall is pretty good but sometimes it’s a bit buggy, for example I was having it clean the hallway but the app says it’s charging ie docked at the base. The app seemed to be updated regularly though so should be fixed in future I reckon.Haven’t tried the mop feature yet but will do soon, I will get it to mop my bathrooms.I think it would be great to set on a schedule every day when you’re at work etc and no one is home. I’m planning to move it to my grandads house where I stay for uni, the whole ground floor can get very dirty and we have a dog who sheds hair all the time so that will be very interesting to see how much it picks up.Edit:The first night of using it, it decided to clean the hallway at 3.38am without it being asked to or no schedule etc. I happened to be awake at that time so quickly grabbed it and turned it off, will be using do not disturb feature from no one but no idea why it did that.

Great robovac but I returned this one from Amazon due to it missing parts . I re bought it online and it is just amazing. It’s used every night

It's awful. It doesn't map properly. The battery runs out so fast and it takes forever to charge. Suction isn't good and it will go over the same spot it's done a hundred times but miss what it hasn't done. No window to know when dustbin is full and nothing is the app to monitor the machine either. You could supposedly track it in the app but it's not working. Not worth the money, it will be quicker to use the normal hoover. Setup wasn't straightforward either. Wouldn't recommend

In my opinion this robot vacuum is severely limited by the app. I bought it to replace a cheaper Ultenic robot and chose it for these reasons in order of importance: matrix cleaning, lidar mapping, hair de-tangling and self-emptying.I'm happy enough with the last three but there's nowhere on the product page that specifies that matrix cleaning is only an option for single room cleaning and not for the entire map like my previous vacuum. This would just about be acceptable if you could queue up separate rooms for matrix cleaning but you can't specify the next one until the vacuum finishes each room. It also doesn't have live tracking of the vacuum on the map. I believe all of this could be fixed by improving the app.As matrix cleaning was the most important reason for choosing this vacuum I'm pretty disappointed with my purchase.

We’ve had ours for 2 months now and feel ready to write a review. We went back & forth for a while on getting the self empty function and happy we did as saves having to empty it all the time.Pros - Hoovers & mops perfectly 98% of the time (sometimes the air will blow the debris too far from the Hoover so some small bits are left on the floor).App is easy to use and mapBattery life is decent and charges quicklyNot as noisy as anticipated and you get used to it quickly. Wouldn’t advise putting it on whilst sleeping thoughCons - wish it could hold more water as often will need to be topped up a little bit during a whole ground floor mopWish you could map two floors so could take upstairs as and when requiredThe estimated time in the app isn’t very accurate so usually double the time it says but that’s not a huge dealHaven’t tested the mop function with regards to skipping carpeted areas yet, the floor plan map isn’t 100% so a little nervous for this, will report back if we ever doIn general, really pleased with this product, it makes keeping on top of the house a bit easier especially with a crawling baby around. The spot clean function is also great for post messy meals

first delivery had problem amazon sorted the problem replacement arrived next day and was all good, once you have mapped the property the little happy fellow, we call berty, gets on with the job, i am not going to go into depth i shall keep it simple, this cleaner is superb, on carpets, Rugs, Wood, Laminate and tile flooring (hoovers and mops) i would reccomend it , purchased when on offer for £349-00
