Beautifully designed and very heavy duty. It says it's rated for 60 kg, but I'm certain it could hold 3X that load. It's surprisingly heavy, and it wouldn't be easy to fold up and down loaded with two ebikes (for tailgate access). Every part has a fine finish and good fit. I don't like the threaded receiver pin, but it does provide anti-theft security. You can substitute a standard pin, but that would risk damaging the threaded pin hole.The instructions are printed much too small making assembly a problem-solving session. Very important to note, the big frame hooks are lockable, and must be unlocked to allow assembly. I spent an hour figuring this out, slightly damaging the parts in the process. It's impossible to see this in the instructions. Three wrenches are included with the kit, including one good quality 24 mm wrench for the hitch pin (which you can store with rack to facilitate installation/removal on your car). It folds very easily and compactly for off-car storage.I would prefer that this were made a bit lighter, but it's obviously very durable and a lot of value for the price. Highly recommended.

This is a great rack. It’s pretty heavy, but that’s because it’s sturdy and heavy-duty - great quality! Welds and machining are very nice. Assembly took less than an hour. Instructions are OK, but not the clearest. I am very mechanically inclined, but most people should be able to do it as well. Highly recommend.

Easy to assemble, doesn’t wobble or make noise while driving. Keys for locking adjustable bars that hold bike in place. Locking pin for hitch makes it nearly impossible to be stolen. I also like that it came with velcro straps to help hold rims to rack base for extra stability. I leave my rack on my car always and enjoy that it folds up nicely, only sticking out slightly from rear of my car.

I've used this a few times and I enjoy it. I have a heavy 70lb e-bike so most bike racks just won't work for me, but this one does. Assembly was pretty easy and my toddler was able to help, and getting the bike on and off is quick and easy. There are several sets of keys and the two positions are lockable separately so you can take off just one bike and leave the other one on. Attaching it to your car is easy as is detaching it. It folds up nicely so storing it is pretty easy and I just keep it behind my trash bins since it's pretty thin when folded down. All solid steel construction, very sturdy, suspect it will outlive the bike.

Seems sturdy enough. Instructions could have been a little bit better but not bad overall, pretty simple.Would give 4 stars but knocking one off due to wrong hardware. Its supposed to come with (4) M8x70 bolts. Mine came with (3) M8x70's and (1) M8x50. It's too short and won't let me tighten the one wheel rack. Off to the hardware store to buy the right one.

So far, I am very happy with this rack. It is heavy duty. My only complaint is that it is very hard to assemble. The instructions are poor, at best. All pictures, no words, and the font is way too small. It is very hard to define the parts, especially small parts, like the washers.

Now that it's assembled it seems sturdy and will probably work great. But the assembly was a giant PITA--the written "directions" are just diagrams and are about 1/2 as big as they need to be to in order to clearly see the details. The video helps, but it's too fast and glosses over a lot of stuff--like the fact that you have to unlock the lock down arms to get them over the top of the upright bar. Both the video and the written directions both show them just sliding easily over the top of the upright, but that won't happen unless you know to unlock the things first. In addition, two of the lock washers were too small to fit over the bolts, sending me to the hardware store, and one of the holes needed to be drilled out, as it was improperly milled. This should have been a 30 minute job but took much longer because of this stuff, all easily preventable.

Really happy with this bike rack so far. The weight capacity is great and it can hold my eMTB with no issues. The lock on both the hitch and the main arm itself are a nice convenience to know that my bike is secure when I leave my vehicle for a short period of time. It's very easy to operate and loading two bikes onto it is not a struggle. The build quality is great, especially when considering the price point. I would absolutely buy this again.
