Extremely disappointing product. At first glance, the design and appearance suggest it's a high-quality, premium item. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. The trimmer has a significant overheating issue. Right after the first charge and initial use, the blades became excessively hot. Believing it might be a manufacturing defect, I contacted customer support, who replaced it with a brand-new sealed unit. However, the replacement had the exact same problem — the blades overheated almost immediately upon use. This makes the trimmer unusable. I’ve never faced this issue with any other trimmers before. Strongly advise not to buy this product.

Built quality is good. Easy to handle. As mentioned in the product, no cuts for the wrinkled skin. I gave it to my father since other trimmers are not suiting for him.

The ceramic blade is ideal for body hair, but for precise beard trimming, regular steel blades are necessary as they provide better accuracy and take less time.This is my opinion based on initial usage. Overall, the trimmer is handy, easy to use, and the built-in light is a useful feature. If you're looking for a trimmer specifically for body hair, this one is perfect. However, for beard trimming, I recommend choosing a trimmer with steel blades for better results.Thank me later!
