So much FUN!!!!!
The media could not be loaded. We bought the basic subnado and took it out in the Sea of Cortez. It was fantastic as it helped us get up close and personal quick enough before they moved on. A week later we bought a second one for our SUP board and it works great too. Economical way to have fun in the water for sure!

Stop working in 24hrs.
While it worked, it was great; fast, powerful. However, that only lasted 24hrs. The trigger stopped working and the return takes 30days to be refunded, only after inspection. I'll update this after i hear from the company but take it as you will.Update- The seller received the product and confirmed the defect and refunded my money within 2 weeks. Thank you. I would try this product again.

I love it for taking it into the ocean when I’m snorkeling
When I finally got it. I love it so much. You have use it with the current to get down deep close to shore. It’s fun to play around with it in the pool too. My grankids love it.

Loved it
My son loves this product. Could use a longer battery life or charge more quickly but still is a great product and well made.

No longer works after only a couple times in the pool
Kids used it a couple of times in the pool but now it no longer works. Shows a full battery but won’t run. I hope the company has good customer service. But I don’t know yet.

Really Really REALLY Fun - Feels Like You're Flying - Not the Fastest, But Very Smooth
I've wanted one of these exact items since I saw a similar item given away on The Price Is Right when I was a kid over 20 years ago. Those models were substantially larger of course, and as lithium batteries have become more powerful and brushless motors have become more powerful, the experience you'd expect from a massive specialized piece of equipment has basically been shrunk down to the size of a fancy bottle of water. What you get here is really spectacular. You get absolutely everything you need to go out and have the time of your life. You really can just go out and have a blast, especially if you have access to a larger pool with still water.Once you decide to try things like snorkeling or more adventurous locations, that's when you may want to accessorize a bit. From what I understand, there are remotes available that increase the utility and usability of the unit so you can attach it and control it without holding it in front of you in the standard way. Those are not included, and neither is the coveted SUP stand up paddleboard mount which I definitely want to try.The thing to keep in mind about this one in particular is that it is not going to sling you through the water like Aquaman. It's going to give you a little extra push to really supplement your own kicking, especially with fins. I tried it several times while giving it no additional help or effort and it could certainly drag me along just fine, but it wasn't something that was going to go dangerously fast by any means. When I took it to my community pool in fact, it was so understate, quiet, and relatively slow that no one even noticed I was using it.If you're ok with that, and I am, then this is a good one for you.If you're on the bigger / taller side, for the money, you may want to spend a few extra bucks and get the more powerful model. You're already spending a big chunk of money, so unless you have a really good reason to need the smaller model, if they're within $100 of each other, I'd probably get the bigger one.One word of warning for any new user by the way...keep your swim trunks drawstrings away! I had one of my trunk drawstrings get loose and got sucked up by this thing in an instant. Fortunately, I was in shallow water so it didn't tangle me up in a dangerous way, but I did have to cut the drawstring out very carefully and I was in a very awkward position for about 20 minutes while I removed it from around the motor with very sharp scissors in a sensitive area.Overall this thing is just fun fun fun. If you're on the fence, get the cheaper one and give it a shot. It's still a blast. If you're heading into choppy water, get the big one.Either way, definitely get one!
