Wow. I can't believe how fast this thing is. It starts up quick. Internet extremely fast. Such power packed in a small box. Three year warranty. I highly recommend this model.

Purchased two of these, both with Win 11 Pro, for the purpose of running video security software. Graphics are outstanding, as is the speed. No burps or hiccups, like I usually experience with that large "L" named computer manufacturer...setup was a little time consuming (more of a function of the operating system and updates that needed to be downloaded and installed), but after setup was complete, these babies were running smooth and fast!!! I cannot get over the performance/size of these computers - AMAZING!!! Love them, and you will too, I am confident that they will give us many years of reliable use. Oh, one more thing, the packaging is awesome, very impressive!!! I am not going to throw away these boxes, they are quite nice, and are appropriate for the quality of the product. Like I say "Its all in the delivery..."

Final Update: I added one more star to this review primarily due to the customer service. The unit is compact and super fast, however I had a faulty unit with the power issues. Once I let Geekom customer service know that I had returned it to Amazon, they helped to expedite my refund which is very much appreciated.Update: Geekom customer service did contact me and after a few emails back and forth they advised it was most likely an issue internally or with the power supply. They did offer for me to send the unit directly to them and they would replace it. However, since I did the purchase through Amazon, I felt more comfortable returning it to Amazon and having them process a refund. Good customer service from the manufacturer, just unfortunate that the item was faulty. I haven't decided yet if I will replace it with another of the same due to other power issues I have read about on forums that were very similar to mine.I purchased this to replace an aging laptop. Using it specifically for editing videos for YouTube. First two weeks it worked great. Super fast, easy set up, no issue. Then today, it won't power on. Completely dead. Unplugged and re-plugged everything in, tried a different outlet, held the power button in for 20-30 seconds. Nothing. Sent a chat to the Geekom customer service, no response. So I also emailed them, so we'll see what comes out of that. Pretty disappointing after such a good start.

Windows 11 Installed. But they did not install Bluetooth drivers that will work. No problem, call them to get them installed. ZERO, I MEAN ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First off. This is packaged in one of the BEST padded boxes anyone can make. The actual computer is very nice. Worked perfectly out of the box. Good performance. Small light. Runs cool. I teamed it up with a touch screen portable monitor so if needed it can travel. For anyone using a laptop but they really don't move about this is the device to replace it with.

This is my first personal mini PC. The Geekom XT13 Pro with 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900H 2.60 GHz processor and 32 GB RAM and 2 TB SSD is lightening fast. It is an excellent replacement for my aging 10 YO desktop. There is an open internal slot for a M.2 2242 SSD SATA Drive (limited to 1 TB) but I decided to add an external 4 TB SSD UBS drive for expanded storage and use the installed internal 2 TB M.2 2280 SSD SATA Drive for the Windows 11 Pro OS and other important software and files. The plethora of ports make connecting to peripherals easy and fast. Small enough to transport or great as a stationary desktop replacement.

The computer works so well its hard to tell its a micro pc. I really love it, but wish I did not get jipped out of the Lightning Deal due to Agents re-negging their word to me about getting the PC at the Lightning Deal price.
