Great product! Highly recommend!!
Love this product. It cleans my teeth and gums thoroughly. Easy to adjust the water pressure. Definitely does what it’s supposed to do. Easy to use, compact. A little noisy but I do not consider that a problem.

Cleans teeth very good and easy to use
I’m a fan of water pic products they always work well. This is a little smaller than I wanted and the top to the reservoir is not sturdy won’t stay on. But all in all works excellent

Comes with travel case but no international charger
Fantastic product, but the toothbrush doesn't come with a separate charger for international travel, yet it comes with the travel case. Amazon doesn't sell the charger so you have to buy the charger from the Waterpik website and pay the shipping fee. Other than that, it would get 5 stars.

Could have been a 5
This product could have been a 5 start product, but a shoddy mis enginerred travel case for the Sonic Toothbrush knocks down a star. The magnets that are used to keep the travel case closed are strong. The engineers/product designers/ or may be the factory misjudged the fact that if the magnets are not fixed to the case, they will stick together and come right out of the case if they are NOT fixed or embedded into it!Everytime I open the case, the magnet comes out and I have to take them apart and reset the one into the little whole again.I applied a strong glue fixed it into place, and the issue was solved. But why wasn't this done at the factory? Was this issue not foreseen by Waterpik? Did they not spec it? Or did the factory not follow instructions?Either way, it signals lack of product control.Otherwise, it's really well designed and compact in size. The power toothbrush has a pleasant "Sonic" motion feel and action.I like it as much as the Sonicare toothbrush that I have been using and replace it with this, as I can free up a power outlet now that I can power two oral care products (Waterpik and Sonic toothbrush) with just one outlet. One gripe I have about the unit is the location of the power button is that if the unit is not filled with water, it becomes lightweight, and the product moves sometimes when I push the "power" button which is on the side. May be the little rubber pads on the bottom could be a like a suction cup instead?
