Weights a bit more then expected , took a bit to assemble, , but I love it , at least I cam get around some on my own . Very quiet seems very sturdy and safe . Has a lot of pick up and go .

Love it so far! Haven’t had a chance to use it much but I can say I was worried about balance on it since I’m 84 years old and balance is an issue for me. I can say I’ve ridden over rough pavement and around the neighborhood and I have no issues with the balance. Looking forward to using it on trips and a little nervous about taking it on planes so we’ll see how it all works out. Maneuverability is great though.

I purchased this a used, refurbished item and was delivered in what looked like new condition. Very easy to set up, and after charging, works as described. A few things to note, the front wheel is powered but the rear wheels are not, so acceleration feels more like a pull instead of a push. If traction is low on the front tire, you will move very slowly or spin the wheels. Since this is 3 wheels, it can be unstable on very sharp and fast turns, so it will take some practice to be proficient on turns. The good thing is the seat height is not tall so its easy to put your feet down. The ride comfort and good and the tires are not hard like roller blade wheels but not soft like offroad oriented scooters with larger tires. The scooter seems to excel on paved surfaces and can take on moderate slopes but you will see a slight decrease in power. I like that there are 3 different modes that regulate speed so you can use this like a regular scooter and the mid to higher levels and a mobility scooter at the lowest level, however, if using as a mobility scooter, I would not recommend for people with balance issues (see comment on turning above). Scooter folds easily and battery can be swapped out for increased range. The display panel is very basic but functional. Brakes are only on the front wheel so keep that in mind when operating. The scooter folds easily and compactly, and can roll when folded instead of having to be carried. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would definitely but again.

I am very pleased with the puechase of the TopMate scooyer. I have dificulty after walking more than 75 ft., and I think the scooter will be very helpful if I have to walk any distance.It is very maneuverable, does not feel tippy, and is comfortble to ride. Easy to set up, to ride and to put away.

I have the ES33 and ES 35 of the two I like my ES 33 best it’s lighter you can literally take the battery out and it’s 26 lbs to lift . Easier for mature ppl or persons with limited arm range and strength .I get 15 miles run time that’s due to my weight I’m 5 ft 10 and 150 lbs . Your weight has EVERYTHING to do with mileage if you’re pulling a wagon or cart or just larger than you ought to be for a scooter if this size .I can get on and off easy with the seat I added that has a backrest however it makes riding a little cramped but nottoo bearable on my 35 it’s nearly unbearable!! The 35 has slightly different dimensions so that’s another reason I like the 33 best. The 33 isn’t that high I had one fall due to riding where the gravel was being repaired I fell off but I was so close to the ground that I wasn’t hurt that was an added plus! My other one had a higher center so this one to me is saferOther than that this is a nice choice if you need a little help getting from point A to Point B if you want to visit point C buy a second battery they are very affordable and light they sell them at reasonable costThis is a great little machine simple to put together easy to ride and it’s affordable.Also you can adjust the legroom by putting the handlebar straight up as there are two ways to use your handlebars and when you put it up your knees have much more space and I get a very nice ride like that .The tires are pneumatic buy yourself a portable air inflator so your PSIis at 39 and your good to go if you ever get a flat they sell inner tubes at a very very reasonable cost .In closing I’d like to say I very much enjoy my Topmate es33 and tell anyone who will listen . For me? This was a game changer
