I Thank Heaven have NOT had C.Diff since I got out a year ago. HOWEVER, I ordered the BIGGEST CONTAINER of this stuff, because when ever my stool isn’t to my liking and gets too liquidy, I drink some of this & it sets things right in no time fast - like within 24hrs for me. I have NEVER had a blockage. I have NEVER had constipation after taking it.It’s supposed to be Banana Flavored, but I don’t really taste it. I saw there is a pineapple/banana & an orange flavor but I haven’t tried them yet.I probably don’t taste the banana flavor because I do not use a blender to mid it up. I just use about an inch of milk, dump the powder in stiit and drink. The powder does NOT combine well using this method *laughs* it is definitely gritty, but I still crunch and chomp it right on down! Because, You can’t argue with the RESULTS! It WORKS! And, I don’t fear I’m ingesting a bunch of chemicals like a lot of other medicinal items. Also, it’s Gentle enough that it’s hard to over dose Oneself, meaning it should be very dufficult to go from diarrhea to constipation!I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this product! There is a reason I paid directly for it & bought the BIGGEST Container available!! Since I have this Ostomy for Life, I NEED this in my Life to keep things Solid, regardless of what I eat or how my meds influence my output!BUY IT! = NO REGRETS!!

This product is delicious added to smoothies or to a fiber drink like psyllium husk. It really works well to slow down fast digestion especially when there’s too much bile after after gall bladder removal. I don’t like eating bananas or making smoothies with fresh or frozen fruit so this powder form makes it easy to just add it to protein powder. It’s not too strong of a “banana” flavor and there are no artificial banana flavors added.

Seems to help with gut issues. Expensive for the amount you get, but its worth a try.

I take 2 doses a day and it’s been working for at least 2 months!

It really works. My daughter was always loose side. Did not want to depend on medication. Ever since started and we continue improved very much ! Worth try

I want to start off by saying I am a everyday person and was in no way compensated for this review. I am a 34 Year Old Diabetic that has suffered with chronic diarrhea for almost 6 years.I have been looking for a product to stop my chronic diarrhea. I was taking other pills to stop or help control it the best I could. But as soon as the medicine wore off, it was back to square one. I never went anywhere unless it was a family members house because I never knew when the urge would hit me to go, and when it hit, I had to go then... no questions asked. I had seen this product for a while and figured I would give it a try. It was expensive to me for the amount you get but figured I would give it a try and if it didnt work I was $40 down the drain.When it arrived I tried to mix it with water the 1st couple of times.... but it made me want to gag so I started mixing it with Almond Milk and it was a world of difference. I started with 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop in the evening. It seemed to be working and I could tell that my stomach wasnt upset and rolling like it use to be so I kept taking it.I have now been on this for almost 2 months and can say that my life has been changed for the better because of this product. Now if I eat something spicy, I will still get diarrhea from my stomach being messed up but normal food, I have not had an issue with Diarrhea and it hasnt made me contstapated either. I have dropped to one scoop a day in the morning and still having the same results so I will try this for now and if need be, I will go back to 2 Scoops a day.The only downside I have found to this product is it is hard to mix with a spoon or shaker cup. I bought a small personal blender and it works great to mix the product.I hope this review helps and just know it may work for you and it may not. It has helped me.

I just started taking this and so I’m leaving the review as is (3 stars)…until I can use this longer and give an honest review if it’s effectiveness.At this point…all other reviewers are right - this doesn’t mix. I use a battery-operated whisk and I still can’t get rid of the chunks at the bottom. So just mix it and chug it - chunks in all (I mix it with milk).As to the flavor…no banana flavor at all (which is fine) - I actually think the chunks taste like grape nuts - which I’m ok with.As to the effectiveness: still waiting on that as I’m on day 2 of its use. Yesterday I did one scoop in the AM to no results. Today I did 1.5 scoops this morning and we’ll see.Lastly, for those wondering what I have or why I’m taking this: I have gastroparesis and dumping syndrome.

Banatrol is an excellent product that is easy to swallow and has a pleasant taste.
