Pergo Floors are clean and shiny!
Story time: About three years ago, we ripped out every last inch of carpet and installed Pergo waterproof laminate—because, you know, adulting. Since then, I’ve been on a mop quest of epic proportions. Spin mops, spray mops, microfiber mops, mops that claim to whisper sweet nothings to your floors—nothing truly got them clean.Enter: the steam mop.I used it for the first time today and honestly? I'm impressed. The only thing that could beat it is getting on your hands and knees with a scrub brush—and let’s be real, no one’s got time (or knees) for that. Now, before the “you can’t use steam mops on laminate!” police come for me—I emailed Pergo directly. A very polite gentleman confirmed that as long as I use it on the lowest setting and clean with the grain of the floor, it’s totally fine. In fact, he said they recommend it. The issue, he explained, is most steam mops don’t have adjustable settings, which is where folks run into trouble when they use it on their laminate floors.Moral of the story: do yourself a favor and just order the steam mop. Your floors (and your sanity) will thank you.

Solved hard water problem and less landfill waste
I live on farm which means almost daily cleaning and hard water. I love this steam mop. I just ordered my third. I bought my first when steam mops just entered the market. The hard water clogged it fairly quickly. I had already purchased additional mop covers so I took a chance and ordered another. I then started adding g 1-2 tablespoons white vinegar to water. Vinegar is known to be good natural cleaner. The room smells of vinegar while cleaning but quickly dissipates. My second mop lasted 8 years and was literally falling apart from frequent use. I like the idea of using steam for sanitizing clean but most importantly I am not adding unnecessary waste to landfill every time i clean.apart from constant uzd

Great little steam cleaner!
I got this on a Black Friday sale and am so glad I did! I wanted a steam mop and was thrilled with the additional functionality of this model. As it turns out, I use the handheld portion of this much more than I do the mop. The mop does a good job and makes my floors shiny, but when I use it in tight spaces, I’ve accidentally hit the release button on the removable portion a few times and had it fall off and spin around the floor, spewing steam. (That’s why the four stars instead of five.) I can chalk it up to my clumsiness and user error, but felt it was worth a mention. The handheld part has been amazing! My counters have never been so clean and shiny! Sticky and greasy messes don’t stand a chance! My stove is clean, even the hood! I’ve used it to clean so many different things at this point… I’m just looking for excuses to use it!

Shark, Sturdy and Easy-go together
This is my second steam mop. The first one I received free and used for nearly 8 years. The easy velcro attachment of the pads is really a bonus. also, this model has removable water holder, making it even easier to refill and/or set up. And one fill is enough to easily do my kitchen and bathroom. If it lasts as long as the first one, I’ll really be ahead of the curve. This mop is a most excellent value.

Shark products are amazing!!
Absolutely love ANYTHING Shark makes! I got new flooring in my home and cringed at the thought of mopping all of it! I am not a fan of Swiffers and def didn’t want one of those. Then I saw this steamer and remembered that I had one years ago and I loved it! I gave it to my sister cuz I no longer needed it and she still uses it! They are quality products and last a very long time, years!! I love the idea of no chemicals and no bending over to mop! It heats up fast! I only had to refill it once with water but I am ok with that! I have used this a few times and absolutely love it!! Would highly recommend to anyone with hard flooring, def worth every penny!!

Perfect replacement for your swifter
Works amazing for the price. You have to "pump" the handle to create steam and the only other issue I have is there doesn't seem to be an on and off switch. If its plugged in, it's on. It lifting a disgusting amount of residue and gunk off my floors. It wont get in every nook and crany like grout lining tile floors but for every day use its perfect!

Great deep cleaner ..
Works Great ,like a deep clean steamer ,picks up stains and grub from our Pups and dirty feet by door or in kitchen with all the accidents that spill .. my suggestion get extra pads ,does come with 2 but I bought a 3 pk for extra .. you can flip them around use clean side as well .. really picks up what a mop or swiffer don't get.. we Like it !

GREAT product. Need few improvements.
Works well, good maneuverability and easy to install and definitely will use again. Lost a 1 star because there could be more improvement.Work time: Definitely quicker than a manual mop and bucket. I see a difference in the tile floor and maybe after another couple uses, it will get toSTEAM: It's like hot steaming industrial clothes iron with thick fabric pad . Steam was good.GRIP PAD: Grip pad got all dirt off and hair strands, it was easy to remove and replace and it easy to wash (easier than a mop head). I wish there was a special pad for sticky hard stains.CORNERS & TIGHT SPACES. I have another accessory to get the tight corners (I had to use a damp microfiber cloth to get those spots) .WATER TANK: I had to replace water in the tank three or four times when using high setting in about 4 rooms (If the tank any bigger, the design would be too bulky). I wish there was red light when water level low.
