Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater, Indoor Max 3.6 GPM, 80,000 BTU Instant Hot Water Heater

I absolutely love this heater. I replaced a much older water heater with this. Since my other one was propane I wanted this one to be as well. It fit perfectly where my old one was and vented right outside, so easy. Everything hooked up nicely. I cannot say enough good things. There is no wavering in the temperature. It is louder than my other one but definitely not loud. I do recommend purchasing the installation kit. I did not use the tape supplied, I used blue goo that I bought separately.

Bills went down about 100$ and it’s just perfect!I got this about 3/4 weeks ago it’s been installed 3 weeks or so. My dad installed and I was helping. It was easy to install and hook up. The packaging comes with everything basically, you need to hook up. I’m pretty sure we had to buy the shut offs. But either way it’s cheap and works great. I have 5 kids almost 6-11 years old plus 3 adults. So far no problems with it heating and keeping temperatures. It’s quiet and definitely space saving!!! So now I can use the bathroom closet instead of having a big tank taking up all the space. This is the propane not natural gas. Sorry for the long video review but wanted to let people to know some details cause I was hesitant my own self after reading some of the reviews. Questions for will it work or not work cause I was told by Lowe’s a few years ago I need a 9-11gpm for the people I have in household. It’s actually by faucets and the rating they have and how many you have and want running at the same time. So I bought all my fancy faucets (waterfall, rain shower head) etc from Amazon as well and they do take a good bit of water output so I just checked the output and f it, let’s give this a try. My main concerns was the reviews like “I got propane but it won’t work it’s only for natural gas” or “it leaks upon installation or after a few days” I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and it’s been good to us no leaks nothing. I’d definitely recommend this tankless heater

What a great item for a great price. We have wanted to install one at our place in CA for a long time. It was well boxed, and easy to install, instructions were a little vague, but website gave us the help we needed. We appreciate the savings a heater like this will give us.

The media could not be loaded. Recently we needed a new replacement natural gas water heater to for our secondary home out of the country where we are planning to retire in the coming years. After much research and looking around I had it narrowed down to two options and this one went on sale so I went ahead with it right away as the price was very good. I ordered this water heater to replace a very old tankless water heater that was at least ten years old likely even older The old one was failed and had minimal controls and required batteries to run the ignition and regularly failed. I priced a replacement at the local store and they wanted to sell me the same one we already had that had failed for a price higher than this new one. I chose this new heater for many reasons but one of the main reasons was the specified minimum water flow rate was very low, this is ideal as I have very low water pressure and don't want to bother with a Rotoplas tanque or pump right now. The low water pressure caused many issues with the old heater and often shut it down because it would not detect water flow to kick on as well as often shutting down from overheating because of the pressure differential when trying to mix in cold water valve on fixtures to get warm water, meaning you got straight hot water no warm water. These old heaters often have low medium or high flame levels and that's it, nothing in between. I mentioned all of this because this new water heater has fixed these issues as specified in the product page. This heater automatically controls a variable flame depending on the temperature you set it to. So if you set it to 110 the flame will automatically adjust to make the output 110 regardless of the flow rate coming into the heater. This is exactly what I needed for my flow rate being so low. The heater also has very sturdy mounting brackets to affix to the wall. Another feature I loved it it plugs into the wall and has a digital ignition so no more buying D batteries or coming home to a heater that won't ignite due to dead batteries, on top of that the heater has a powered exhaust fan that pushes the exhaust out of the included flue pipe. I also noticed where the exhaust vent comes out on the top there is a one way closing mechanism to open to let exhaust out but then closes when it's off to prevent dust or dirt and other debris from getting back down the vent inside the water heater making it last longer. The power also runs the display and the electronics that control the heater. The settings are intuitive and simple to figure out. It has some presets but I found them to be a bit cooler than I'd like but understand those with elderly or children may like these to reduce the risk of burning. The heater is surprisingly quiet and was easy to install with the easy to follow included instructions doubling as a wall template to show where to set your screws for hanging. The hot water is virtually unlimited and will keep coming as long as you wish so no more waiting between showers and running out before the whole family gets their baths and showers. For something as mundane as an appliance it's quite attractive and looks nice on the wall, it was also pretty heavy which tells me it's well built and the components seem. The 1/2 gas and water hose connectors worked with my existing setup eliminating any hassle of adapters or new hardware. It arrived very well packaged in a sturdy box and a plastic cover, screen film and styrofoam for protection. I'm so happy with this unit and hope it will give me many years of use. I can't believe it fixed so many of the issues caused by my old basic water heater. I plan to purchase another one but in the propane version for a cabin in the desert.

This is a great little water heater. Been running now for 6 month with zero trouble.. bought a used one first to save money but I think someone just stoled parts off it so sent back and just paid a extra 40 bucks got brand new and no issues . Good amount of hot water at 116 temp and shower blowing way more water then needed plus run a sink at same time. Or washer. All you need for single restroom house. Or shop. Buy it you be happy plus easy to use very simple to hook up . All 1/2 pipe thread. 3/4 pipe will have to be refuce to 1/2 inch

My 15 year old tankless finally conked out after 15 years. I could have ordered a replacement heat exchanger. But for $100 less got a whole new water heater. Very easy to install. However I would advise you to get half inch water lines. And 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch nipples to connect to your pipes. Do not get 3/4 inch water lines and try to connect nipples to water heater. They will leak. Lastly, since 15 years has passed since I last bought a tankless water heater. I still can’t get over the fact that I can easily set my hot water to whatever temperature I want. Have 3br 2 bath house with washing machine and dishwasher. And this little water heater works fine. And hot!!!! Even if it doesn’t last 15 years. At $225. It’s a steal. Compared to the big name brands that charge $800 and up.

Hot water heater works wonders! The gas is so much better than electric and it was easy to setup. Water pressure is great and fits better than a tank.
