A very pleasant orange flavoured spray. Arrived next day in great condition. I spray to my right cheek one day & left cheek the next day. Its so good not having yet another pill to take! This spray will last a year making this a very reasonable price. So easy to administer & is quickly absorbed. Its too early for me to know if its making a difference but I'm very hopeful it will.

Super stuff, much cheaper than a lot of others, lasts you a year and tastes great. What’s not to like!

I recntly purchased this bottle of vitamin D as I thought is would be easier to take and absorb. I cannot swear by it's efficacy due to the fact that I have barely used this due to the horrible tasting stevia taste which makes me gag when I spray it on my tongue.I have mixed it in with juice and water and then it was barely noticable but I have not given it enough of a chance to say for sure.I will give it further chance then come back and review again if any changes.Update....I have been taking this consistently for months now in spring water with effervescent vitamins and mineral. I do this as the multivitamins do not have vitamin d in them. I have been feeling great and have not had a cold or an illness since covid started. It could be the combination of them all, but previously My Dr had diagnosed me with low immunity and said my white blood cells count was low. I had been suffering swollen glands and throat for all of 2019 and early 2020, but since this combo of supplements I have not had a problem with my glands or infections. I would like to get a blood test again when things get back to some normality too see the state of my immunity now, but I definately feel better.

So easy to use just a spray rather than taking tablets

I recently had to take a very high dose of Vitamin D3 (20,000 mg 2 once a week for 10 weeks) as prescribed by my GP. An adult's vitamin D levels should be between 50 Ng and 70 Ng. Unfortunately mine was on 7 Ng, this meant my levels were dangerously low. After the high dose course finished, I was advised to take 1000mg daily which I can get OTC (over the counter) . I have tried several forms of capsule but unfortunately, these have given me an upset tummy. A friend suggested an oral spray which is why I brought this one. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and so far, no upset tummy. Having said that, I won't know if it is actually working until my next blood test in about 3 months time. When I have had the results, I will add to this review - hopefully all will be well :-)UPDATE, I HAVE BEEN USING THIS NOW FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS, I HAVE JUST RECEIVED THE RESULTS OF MY BLOOD TEST AND MY LEVEL IS 112 Ng, MY GP SAID THIS IS EXCELLENT, I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE A BIT HIGH BUT A GP WOULD CONSIDER 5O0 Ng TOO HIGH. HE TOLD ME TO CONTINUE WITH THIS AS IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT. HAVE CHANGED MY 3 STAR RATING TO 5 STAR, AND HAVE JUST ORDERED ANOTHER BOTTLE - WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUT DO HAVE HOUR VITAMINE D LEVELS CHECKED BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT AND AGAIN AFTER A FEW MONTHS.

This semed a great product at a great price but after a few months use the flavour has gone strange and have had to replace it before it ran out as it has clearly gone off.

I find one of these sprays lasts me a whole year, is pleasant to taste and easy to use. One spray in the inside of the cheek at night is my preferred method when taking other meds. Easy to remember, a good amount of Vitamin D in a spray and couldn't be easier.

Hubby loves this spray vitamin D3. Nice taste and easy to handle.
