Got this as a Christmas gift for my son and upon arrive it was defective but the company was super responsive and got another shipped out right away. Replacement scooter worked great and my son loved everything about it. After riding it for several months it stopped working again but this company has been amazing about trying to help me diagnose the issue and even sent me parts to try and fix it. Due to the parts not fixing the issue they're now send me a replacement. Normally most people would not give them 5 stars for the issues I've experienced but this company has been hands down great to work with and would highly recommend them and this scooter to anyone. Products don't always work perfectly but I like to rate a company on how they handle situations as most probably wouldn't of even responded to my email.

We really love this scooter however there was some kind of issue with wiring and it stopped working. I contacted the company and they have been so great with responding to me and after checking the things they told me to check they are going to send us a new one to replace the broken one. This way we don't have to wait for replacement parts or send it to get fixed. I'm very happy with the customer service!! Couldn't ask for more!

My sons loves it. We have ran in to some issues with battery/ charging but the company is working with us to resolve.

We purchased this scooter as a gift for our son's 8th birthday. After a few times using it, the rear fender's spring came undone. We contacted customer service and they responded very quick to resolve our issue, sending us a replacement piece. Soon after that, we were receiving an error code. Again, contacting customer service, they were very responsive and sent us detailed videos on how to resolve the issue. We would have gave 5 stars if it weren't for the inconvenience, but things happen. Just glad they were addressed and we now have a fully functioning scooter!

I initially loved this electric scooter – it was smooth, reliable, and fun to ride for my son for the first four weeks. The performance, build quality, and overall design exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, after a month of solid performance, the scooter suddenly stopped working due to battery or wiring issues.On the plus side, the company’s customer service has been exceptional. I reached out, and they quickly arranged for a replacement under warranty. Although the battery/wiring issue is disappointing, the prompt response and willingness to stand behind their product give me confidence that future units will be much improved.Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic about the brand. If you're looking for a stylish and efficient scooter, it's worth considering—just be aware that you might encounter some battery hiccups.

The media could not be loaded. We have been really happy with this electric scooter. The colorfully led lights on the board are fun as well as an added safety feature. Quality is great, sturdy and easy to use, and charge, maneuvers are very easy. You can adjust speed and height to suit your child. Usually we are charging battery around 2 hours . It is very quick! It is a great gift for kids 6-12. We purchased it for our 10 year old son and he use it every day.Hi is riding all around and has a real fun time with his new scooter. I really recommend buying this electric scooter!!

Edit: The company reached out to me directly and is going to make it right. That this makes their customer service department hands down the best.Originally we said the battery wouldn't hold a charge and the throttle broke. Based on customer service, we are going to edit this one star to a five star.

I returned this item. I was excited for my child to ride this. It did not work out as we had an error code right of the box. The first one came with a charger that was bent. Second one came with error code. Overall , the design looks great but mechanics is questionable. I gave a four star because they are very responsive and replaced it when contacted via Amazon. I truly wished it worked out.
