Mountain States - Healthy and Green Result
I over seeded in late May of 2024 on most of my lawn just in time before the hot summer days, and I watered daily for at least 40 minutes across 6 zones for a total of 7 days and intentionally didn't apply the seed to a smaller part of my lawn just to "compare" results after 2 weeks. The first picture is representative of 2 weeks after applying the seed, watering daily for a week and other picture is what my the untreated section looks like the same day even after applying water at the same interval (untreated even after watering the same amount as the grass with the Black Beauty Rocky Mountain Seed). As a customer that lives in Colorado around an altitude of 5700 ft., definitely a major "thumbs up" at this point for this grass seed blend. I plan to repeat this over-seeding again in September for the upcoming season and observe.
