I wear these as a security net at night since sometimes my cup leaks, and when it does it’s dramatic. So far several periods in and no leaks on my bed, which is major for me (I used to create a saddle type situation with several giant pads or wear diapers to sleep along with a cup, and still sometimes the towel I slept on got stained) AND these are so comfortable I even found myself wearing them when Im not on my period. Also, the price is by far the best I could find for period underwear.

I have tried nearly every brand of period boxer briefs on the market, and I’ve been consistently disappointed—until now. Since getting a copper IUD, my period has been heavier, and I needed extra protection for overnight wear without waking up to a mess. I was looking for breathable cotton fabric, real absorbency, and, most importantly, a design that didn’t feel like I was wearing a diaper.I actually found a brand that I loved—unfortunately, it was very expensive, and they later discontinued it. After that, I tried to find an alternative and purchased a different brand that frequently appears as the top search result for cotton period boxer briefs on Amazon (the brand starts with a G). I was incredibly disappointed—the boxers were flimsy, the sizing was inconsistent, and they felt and looked awkward to wear.After trying multiple brands that left me frustrated, I stumbled upon these Hanes briefs. At just $15 for TWO pairs, I was skeptical—most period underwear costs well over $20 per pair. However, I was pleasantly surprised when these arrived in the mail and I tried them on. Not only did they fit perfectly, but when I slept in them that night, I had no issues and no mess to wake up to. I will attach a photo for reference, as I know when I was looking at reviews, it was helpful to see what they looked like and hear other people’s detailed feedback.Fit & ComfortI normally fall between a small and a medium but opted for small since the shipping time was faster. I’m so glad I did! The fit is perfect- snug but not restrictive, with enough stretch to accommodate different body types. If you’re between sizes, you likely can’t go wrong either way. I wouldn’t say these necessarily run small, but their stretchiness makes them forgiving. I’ve already ordered a medium and will update on how those fit when I receive them in the mail.**I received the medium, and decided I prefer the fit of the small. I still wear & feel comfortable in the medium- and definitely not too big. However, in terms of boxer briefs for leakage, I feel most secure and prefer a snug *but comfortable* fit.

I actually do enjoy these and may purchase more. I hate the huge awkward overnight pads so I enjoy wearing these to bed. They are super comfy and the waistband doesn’t dig. These absorb really well too. The padding seems very thick on these, so I couldn’t really imagine wearing these other than around the house or maybe under sweatpants. If you’d wear leggings you would see the outline of the stitching to the padding as some users have photographed here. It initially feels a little weird when you put them on but for me they were super cozy and that awkward stitching just kind of disappeared. I have a small torso and bloat so I’m glad these stayed comfy where I need to be the most at the waist and the legs were comfy too, without rolling up or being tight. They’ve washed just fine too. I wish they had packs of 3+ instead of just 2!

I use these for overnight backup for a cup. They are soft and comfortable. The padding is a little noticeable, but not as much as a disposable pad. I don't feel the padding is long enough for solo overnight use, but highly recommend for backup protection in case Aunt Flo decides to throw a heavy night at you.Sizing seems about right; you shouldn't need to go up a size unless you bloat significantly.

Postpartum game changer! Haven't experienced any leaks. So awesome not having to wear pads!! I wish they were a little softer and more high waisted. Overall, highly recommend!

These shrink quite a bit. I used them once, washed them in cold water and lost two pounds. When I put them back on, they were much smaller. Other than that, they work pretty well and are fairly comfortable.Update. After wearing them twice (well, all day one time and then again for about ten minutes) after the shrinkage, I threw them away. After they shrink, they are short like boy shorts rather than being boxer length. At first, I was OK with this, but then the leg ends started rolling up.

Really pleased with the quality and price of these. I wouldn't have tried them if not for the other positive reviews. Previously purchased a more expensive single pair, and these are far superior in my opinion. I only use these for sleeping, I would not wear them outside of my home.

These are more comfortable and affordable in comparison to bambody and thinx. They actually accommodate curvier figures and bellies etc. 10/10 comfort and absorbency and does not shrink in dryer!
