Definitely number one suplement for me. I am working out for 8 year, but started using cregaatine a year ago. Feeling so much more energy during workouts, better focus, recovery. Definitely would recommend cregaatine to everybody, even people who don’t workout. Also, there is no any side effects from cregaatine.

Tried the orange flavor and it actually tasted really good. Super convenient since it comes in individual packets, which makes the size perfect for travel or quick use. It also dissolves easily with no clumping, which is a plus.That said, it is definitely on the expensive side. For the price, I expected more solid research or studies behind it. There are not many papers backing it up right now, so I am a bit unsure about the long-term effectiveness.Overall it is a good product in terms of convenience and flavor, but I am not sure it is worth the price unless more evidence comes out.

Hands down this is the worst creatine I have ever used. After doing the research I was truly convinced this was the best creatine on the market with the least amount of side effects. At first I thought I was crazy and it was just me. But I had multiple people who are avid creatine consumers try it and they both immediately had all of the horrific side effects I had. Stomach issues, diarrhea, vomiting, extreme exhaustion, dizziness, brain fog, it makes me feel horrible for days after one dose. I went back to Cymbiotikas creatine with zero side effects.
