Looks very premium. build quality is good. Easy to use and its very simple to operate Just set the temperature and time and its done. Auto-shut off timer function works very well. size is suitable for a small family. Overall its very good OTG for my home.

Received damaged/defective twice. Horrible quality control on manufacturer's end
First time the product arrived with one corner joint completely split open, rejected delivery right then. Amazon assured a replacement. The replacement arrived, and the very rude delivery person refused to let us check the item before sharing delivery OTP, despite having received a message from Amazon saying that we should check the item before giving OTP.Second product was also damaged, with a similar spot on the OTG split open, the joint not properly welded/sealed. Clearly quality control is non existent at the manufacturer's end, and now I'm stuck on a call with Amazon Customer Care to try to get this returned and my money refunded.

Perfect for every day use
Its capacity of 21 liters is great for baking cakes and cookies, grilling veggies toasting and even for reheating food. fits perfectly on my kitchen because of its compact size. Regulating temperature and heat is also easy for me.
