Bought this camera for extra security at our boat dealership to cover a fence line where there is no power or wifi. Easy to install, use of the app is great, very happy with our purchase! Purchased another one that we are setting up at another location as well!

This camera is a joke! I have excellent WiFi signal and I try multiple times to connect to it on the app when it goes off and it takes 3-4 tries to get it to show the picture. Long enough for whatever it was that set it off to be in another county. I would not ever recommend this camera to anyone! Besides the app sucks l, it wants you to buy cloud storage. That is why I bought the WiFi one so I could just use my internal storage and not be prompted to buy cloud. DO NOT BUY!

They did try all they could to get the device to work for us.I am happy now that I am not out any money, only the time spent on trying to get it working.Good customer service from this seller.If you get normal service in the area of camera, it will work great.Just unfortunately did not work for me in the area it was needed.Thank you to Soliom for reaching out to try and correct/resolve any issues.Original review:Did not work at our property.Could not receive any notifications of motion due to the service/signal not working in my area.It would have been a great camera, if it worked properly.I tried both the sim card service that came with the device and also purchased a separate service through my cell phone provider and neither option worked.Spent months emailing and messaging back and forth with the Soliom customer service to try and solve the issue.Ended up having to spend another $50 for shipping costs, to send it back for the refund.The company did not send a packing slip for free shipping or even offer a reimbursement for shipping costs.Pretty frustrating to purchase this expensive of a camera for home protection and then to not have it work and then have to pay additional costs in order to get your money back for the item that would not work properly.I would not suggest this camera if you do not get good service/signal in the area you are wanting it.

Great company. I did have issues with the cell version. Had weak signal on all 3 networks. ( location was issue ) They replaced cameras with the WiFi version and they work great. I’m extremely happy with product and the customer support. I now have 3 cameras and they work perfect. Highly Recommend

Not water resistant. This is my second camera, I won’t be buying a third. Lens focus doesn’t work because lens is foggy due to inside moisture. Camera was used to see deer in garden mounted on back of barn, now camera is not working due to moisture in usb c connector from solar panel to camera.First camera had same problems.

Soliom S600 Solar Powered Wireless 4G Cellular Security Camerarecently purchased two Soliom cameras to monitor two remote locations, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the overall quality and performance. After doing extensive research, I decided on these cameras, and so far, they’ve met most of my expectations. I have one camera installed in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and it’s working flawlessly—capturing clear footage and responding efficiently to commands. It’s exactly what I hoped for in a remote monitoring solution. The second camera, located in Rowley, Massachusetts, has been slightly less responsive to commands. I’m currently using the 30-day trial SIM card provided by Soliom, and the service has been generally good. Soliom also offers subscription-based SIM cards through AT&T and Verizon, which I may consider switching to if the issues persist. I’m working with the Soliom team to address the responsiveness issue, and I must commend their customer service—they’ve been excellent, very responsive, and supportive in helping me resolve any questions or concerns. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase, especially with the camera in New Hampshire, and look forward to optimizing the setup for both locations.

We purchased 6 cameras for our club for security. At first I was very pleased about the easy setup, then the problems started (pretty much immediately).1. First cam died after a rainstorm (mind you this is supposed to be weatherproof) and I am still waiting for a replacement, more than a month later!2. I tried to activate their cloud storage option for recordings, still not working over a month into trying to get this working. Their support seems clueless about how to fix this standard feature on the cam (which would actually generate revenue for them!)3. Support is TERRIBLE! First off, nothing is live support. It took me forever to get a direct number, but they don't answer the phones either and you have to leave a message and wait for a call back. The in app support is partially not working at all, and the email support is like talking to a kindergarten child (the instructions they send you are impossible to follow if you don't know their system inside and out). They make you flip this and that option an/off and then finally ask you to reset the cam. Well, our cams are on top of buildings and high poles, so not that easy to do and costs us time and sometimes even money.Overall I would NOT RECOMMEND to buy these cameras due to all the issue we are seeing and the lack of support on their end. I know the price is appealing, but the trouble way outweighs the problems you'll have!

I’m very impressed with the SOLIOM S600-C10X camera. Its 4G LTE connectivity is perfect for my off-grid cabin, where WiFi isn’t an option. The 10x optical zoom and clear night vision provide fantastic detail, and I love the AI motion tracking, which has been spot-on in detecting activity. Solar power keeps it running without hassle, and it’s built tough to withstand the elements. Highly recommend it for anyone needing reliable, remote security!
