Dose and effectiveness
I like the fact that it is one SMALL tablet a day for the high concentration of 3000mg and the 6 month supply per packet ! I also like the combination with ginger and black pepper.I have to be careful with The yellow colour of the turmeric powder and I prefer the plastic bottle.It does however reduce my body inflammation and I have less joint pain during the day.I can recommend it.

Tablets rather than capsules
These are tablets rather than capsules. Also they come very powdery but time will tell whether they are better than capsules that I have bought in the past
