I’ve been taking these for about 4 months. The taste is very good. My finger nails are definitely thicker. However I have been losing my hair for about a year. Do bad that I have spots that you can see my scalp. I was hoping these would help for the hair loss, but so far no such luck. But I think are a good value for the price.

They work and taste good. After getting to the point where my nails stop pealing like paper.. I stopped buying them but my nails quickly declined. I'm back tacking them.

It didnt take long before i noticed my skin and hair has shown improvement n my baby hairs are growing fast and ive noticed filling in. They taste yummy. Easy to take because they are gummies, so i dont need to take with water. So i seem to take gummies better than pills. They arrived quickly n the quality was very good, (they were not sticky or mushy)( which other bands were.) Very pleased with purchase and product. I will definitely re-order again from this brand and supplier .
