This little machine packs a punch. After spending considerable time reviewing more expensive projectors, I opted for a budget 1080p product.I have been very impressed with both the display and functionality. I have projected on white, off white and “beige” coloured backgrounds with little discernible difference and have not found the noise of the cooling fan distracting at all. I can easily mirror my iPhone and the firestick works a treat for Netflix, prime etc.Limitation's - Just bear in mind, this is not a top end projector. The inbuilt speaker is ok, but not great. I linked a Bose speaker via Bluetooth and it made a world of difference.I generally use at night. Daytime viewing is somewhat hampered by daylight. Particularly given the low contrast. However, this can happen with LED screens and my 75” 4k Samsung is not completely perfect in bright daylight conditions.In summary it cannot compete with a decent 4k led screen. However, at night it provides a very good super size screen for an immersive experience, particularly with a group of people. It’s easily transportable and can be used outdoors or in any room (including on the ceiling).Based on two weeks of use I would certainly recommend.

This has been such a great buy for my little boys room. We do movie nights pretty much daily.The projector is easy to use. Sound is great.

UPDATE:The projector lost the ability change focus after only 2 months and is now permanently stuck on the shortest throw distance, making it effectively useless for my needs. I reached out to the manufacturer and have received no reply. Incredibly disappointed.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Purchased this after owning a cheaper projector and seeing how much a difference £30 makes. My thoughts:Visuals:- Good but not perfect.- Sometimes sections of the screen will be blurry while others sections will be in focus. Makes it hard to adjust focus accurately.- Often renders colours weirdly (eg too bright, too saturated, too dark etc). I find myself changing the colour profile often just so the image doesn't look bad.- Often failed to recognise HDMI source and also froze on a screen multiple times (within the first few times I used it.)- Performs decently in bright rooms (still much better in the darkest possible setting).Sound:- Mediocre.- As long it is plugged in, even if it’s off, the fan is running and it isn’t quiet. Not unbearable but definitely audible.- Native sound isn’t awful but similar to the kind of sound you’d get out of a cheap phone. For an experience similar to a tv, you will need an external Bluetooth speaker.Ease of use:- Great.- Easy to connect Bluetooth, WiFi, change settings, play videos natively from a flash drive/ hard drive, all with the remote.- Racking focus is more convenient with the remote (like this projector) but less accurate than a cheaper projector with manual focus.- Portable, looks good, and is very easy to set up.

The picture was phenomenal, way better than expected. The sound from the device is perfect for a small bedroom but if it's a medium to large sitting room.. External speakers may be required. Streaming from Now tv actually made the sound worse but that's no fault to the hardware. Easy to use, great value, perfect picture and brightness settings. Highly recommended.

I bought the 1080P version as a gift. It is surprisingly good for the price. The power is good for a medium lit room and excellent for a dark room. Main light source is LED, so it is vibration resistant unlike other projectors. Focus is manually adjusted on the remote, but tilt angle is automatically adjusted, according to the projector tilt angle. I really like the manual adjustment because it prints a text, independent of the content, so you can see exactly how it is adjusted.It supports USB for photos, videos and audio (it has a speaker for audio, which is not great but suitable for the purpose unless you are an audio freak). Screen mirroring with phone is super simple and full screen when you rotate it to landscape. HDMI works very well too.Be aware that the WiFi function is not for downloading video or programs, but only for firmware updates. We didn't use bluetooth but it seems to be working.For what is proposed, I cannot think of a downside.

A really neat little device. Comes with cables, remote (without the 2xAAA batteries needed), good instructions and a cleaning kit. Well packaged and a nice zip and padded case stores it all. Unfortunately not clear/bright enough for my use but many will find it adequate and excellent value for money.

The media could not be loaded. Searched for ages looking at so many projectors...This being my first and primarily for my motorhone, it didn't need to be big or too expensive...This was neither.Straight out of the box it was set up in minutes... linked to my WiFi & paid with both my bluetooth speaker and phone.Picture was great... yes in bright light or outside in daylight or may be difficult to see, but just close the blinds and it is very watchable.Easy control with the remote.Digital focus and manual or auto keystone.Plus, added bonus, the usb powers my firestick.. so no need for another power cable 👏😎👍So far, so good....
