This scooter is amazing!! Highly recommend and extremely fun to ride. This scooter is durable, easily to assemble and charges easily. The lights make it very easy to be seen at night. I have only used turbo a few times as the standard mode is more than sufficient for my weight and I can get it up to 30 mph.The only problem I had was with the back tire. It appears during the assembly, the tube gets kinked and causes a leak. I had to take off tire and replace tube (comes with a spare in the box). Getting the tube was a tricky but luckily my dad is handy and able to help. No other complaints. I use this to commute around the city and park in my office to charge. When folded, it’s a bit heavy but easily fits in my trunk. Glad I purchased this! I get a lot of compliments and inquiries on where I purchased.

I purchased the iENYRID M4 Pro S+ Electric Scooter with Seat for my grandson’s 14th birthday. Although it was originally delivered to the wrong address by FedEx and I had no luck with Amazon or FedEx, I found the company through Google and reached out directly. I was blown away by their quick, friendly response—they replaced the scooter in time, and my grandson was thrilled on his birthday!The scooter itself is fantastic—smooth, sturdy, and built with quality. My grandson loves it, and I’m now seriously thinking of buying a second one. Excellent customer service, fast support, and great communication. Highly recommended!

I purchased this scooter expecting reliability, but after just 10 days of use, it stopped working. While riding, the motor suddenly started smoking, and the scooter shut down, leaving me stranded in the rain and late for work. The scooter also displayed a warning sign on the screen and wouldn’t restart for 30 minutes.When I contacted the seller, I requested a return and refund since the scooter was no longer working. Instead of offering a straightforward solution, the seller repeatedly suggested repairs instead of honoring the return. While they eventually agreed to accept the return, the process was unnecessarily complicated.Since shipping the scooter was too expensive (over $600 via UPS), I arranged to return it in person to their warehouse, as they had instructed. After confirming these details with the seller multiple times, my friend successfully dropped off the scooter at their warehouse with all the necessary information.However, despite previously agreeing to accept the return at their warehouse, the seller later claimed that they do not accept in-person returns. After additional discussions, they eventually confirmed receipt of the scooter.Instead of issuing a full refund as expected, they unexpectedly deducted $63 for missing packaging, despite me informing them in advance that I did not have the original box. This fee was never mentioned beforehand, making it an unexpected extra charge.Key Issues with This Purchase:❌ The scooter stopped working after just 10 days.❌ The seller was difficult to work with and made the return process frustrating.❌ They changed their return instructions, causing unnecessary complications.❌ They deducted an unexpected $63 from my refund after confirming receipt of the return.I believe future buyers should be aware of both the product quality issues and the challenges of dealing with this seller. Product; iENYRID M4 pro S+ (yes real buyer from USA and not some Indian dude making fake posts)Problems: Check charger, if broken get a 54.6v charger for the 48v battery.Mine came in with a broken charger, they replaced it but it hasn't even been given to usps after 4 days and probably longer.Update, charger is on the way however i have had this for almost a month and haven't been able to use it once. Not a bad scooter, the charger needs a better quality and the charging port, we'll needs to not be on the bottom if it's offload, this allows water to seep in.Still waiting for charger and it's gonna be here 05/16/2025. However this is a long time and I only give 4 stars because the scooter isn't completely lying. It doesn't actually go 35mph so get it here for it to be cheaper because the actual site is 40-60$ more.Today is 05/16/2025, no sign of the charger. He'll I don't even know if they actually sent it because it's been moving to the next facility for 8 days now.

Great scooter! I couldn't believe the power it had to get me up hills quickly. The suspension is awesome and can even take it off road. The parts are all high quality. I was mostly surprised at how far I can go on a charge, well over 20 miles and it keeps its power up through the whole charge. The display is bright and even the lights on the bottom that light up at night are really effective. I'm impressed with this. Happy buyer!

I got the scooter march 5 and it was riding good but the motor was messed up and I text the company and they sent me another one and it works great

Highly enjoy a bit heavy but other than that love it .
