A great catio. I've read complaints about putting it together, so I warned my husband. We both worked together. All pieces are marked. We just went through the directions page by page, and it all went well. It looks great. We'll get to use it in a couple of days, but we think our two indoor cats will absolutely love the experience it gives them to be outside in the sunshine and fresh air.

Arrived early. Says 2 people, but with help of tips from others' reviews, as a petite 67 year old woman with previous injuries, I was able to build it without the help of my husband. I put Scotchgard on the cover and secured it with zip ties I had laying around. First, I used mostly wood I had left over from previous projects and built a small deck for it to set on. Actually was a n extremely fun project. Our rescue kitten loves her time out there!

It's very sturdy is still up and nothing's falling apart. It took a whole day to put together. To me aa wonderful product. If I had the money I would buy another one.

Was it worth 400.00? No, cons, the wood cracks when your trying to gently screw in the screws. The holes for the shelves 2 were not pre drilled. Yes I looked and checked the directions. The roof is enclosed but the cloth covering will not last in the florida heat. I didn't use the boxes my cat is 22lbs and wouldn't fit anyway. The shelves also cracked and didn't line up well. I had to order a set of shelve holders to install the last shelf that didn't have pre drilled holes. Pros: my cat likes it and I feel it's safe enough for her to go out and relax. My husband will repaint and seal the wood so it will last. There is also an odor with the wood so painting it and sealing it will help. I really wanted to return this item but with some modifications I hope it last.Update: I thought my cat was safe. Nope a snake got in through the holes and was fighting her. She is o.k. but now I definitely have a very over price cat cage inside my patio.

It has kept my cats in for well over a week now. My outdoor cats got ear infections and I needed to be able to confine them for treatment. They both seem comfortable, even if it's not enough space for them to run around in. The material seems on the cheap side but it is functional and safe. I'm 5'5" and have to duck my head to get in and out without hitting my head on the door frame fyi.

Ok so I am vying back and forth between 3 star and four star with this product I admit. It's a lovely piece, very esthetically pleasing to look at, but I have suggestions to make it better.1. The framing. The wood, while the new smell of it is delightful, it's flimsy and feels very delicate.2. The inside lock of the door really needs a lock to slide into. The outside locking mechanism is great! But it all works beautifully. A little more specificity with the inner lock would deffinitely be helpful in placement.3. The area is Great! My 4 cats have plenty if space to move about.4. Moving this REQUIRES 2 people once it is fully built otherwise it is a VERY big risk at breaking those delicate beams. Otherwise, it's like I said a decent piece but it deffinitely could use a bit more so that its not so delicate.

Everything was great until we realized that we put some pieces upside down. Took longer because we had to go back and take some apart.The directions don’t give these details. Look ahead to see where the other pieces predrilled holes are. If it is not fitting together right you probably have your piece upside down. Maybe because we are old 😩But love the size. My cats are going in and out through a window. We had some adjustments to make there. For the money it is great. Hope it holds up Didn’t like the 200.00 shippingTook us 6 hours to put it together. You need two people. My large cat is 13 pounds. He has no problem. It feels sturdy for him.
