A good quality dock. Very happy with it
The Razer USB-C Dock is a solid and sturdy addition to your setup, even though it doesn't feature the typical RGB lighting you'd expect from Razer. It offers a good range of ports, including 4 USB-A ports, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI, a 3.5 mm combo port, UHS-I SD/microSD card slots, and 2 USB-C ports. While I don't have 4K monitors, my 1080p monitors run at 144Hz without any issues. The dock simplifies the process of switching between work and gaming setups with just one cable. However, at £119.99, it is a bit pricey for what it offers.

A smart lookign dock that works great.
I have no real complaints about this dock at all. Everything works great; the build quality is excellent, feeling sturdy and dense; the powerpass through is super useful; connection speeds are as expected; the price is a little steep, but that's the extra you pay for the label. The only thing I really would have liked is an extra USB C port so I could have two spares on top of the power supply input.

Superb quality backed up by great customer support
This is a fabulous bit of kit and is exceptionally well put together; as you would expect from a company with Razer's reputation. From the moment you remove it from the box the quality shows through. It looks and feels superb. I know it's what it does it that counts but it is re-assuring to see the level of finish. Mind you, given the price of this dock I would have been upset if the finish had been anything other than superb. In terms of functionality it seems to do it all. I love the fact that you can connect it to a PD charger and by using various other ports charge multiple devices at the same time - phone, camera, BT speaker, etc. In total there are 4 USB-A ports, 2 USB-C ports and 1 HDMI port which I have found to be more than enough. Everything I connected worked exactly as I hoped it would and it is great to have this one dock capable of handling it all at once.Seperate SD and TF card readers and a 3.5mm jack socket add to the functionality. I did have one issue with the device and in particular the 7.1 Surround Sound app which I had trouble activating on-line. I contacted Razer customer support who went the extra mile to ensure the problem was resolved. I was very impressed by the lengths they went to to ensure I had a positive experience. The only thing I wasn't able to check was the ethernet socket purely because of the location of my PC in relation to my router. This is not a cheap item. It most definitely has a premium price attached to it but given the quality and the extensive functionality it offers I think it is probably worth the extra cost just for the benefits it offers. I am more than happy to recommend it.

A paradox?
This product is supposed to be, I would guess, a charger for Razer laptops, primarily, but my experience is a little bit difference. I tried to charge a Razer 17" Razer Blade starting from a completely flat battery, but it would not even start the charge. I had to charge the flat battery with the big standard adapter first and then, after a while, I was able to use the USB GAN charger. This means that, if you want to use this adapter for travelling, you always need to have a minimum charge and never have the battery flat, otherwise you need the brick charger with you. So here it comes the paradox, because we are dealing with a charger which only charges a battery which is already charged? I also got error messages in my machine, which were really not reassuring during the boot. Therefore, I returned it immediately, as, giving the astronomical cost for a charger, it didn't make any sense to keep it.

Impressive dock that will save carrying lots of different adapters
First impressions are good - the packaging gives a sense of quality even before looking at the unit itself. Design is very sleek with just the one USB-C cable and all the different ports well moulded into the side of the metal casing. No socketed components that fit through square casing holes with gaps around them here - everything is very neat. It's not featherweight (the casing is metal) but definitely light enough to easily carry around. This will be the only adapter I need to carry from now on as it has everything included - USB, HDMI, network as well as both SD and MicroSD card slots.Currently using HDMI and network, as well as both SD slots and it's working flawlessly - connected to a Dell XP 15 running Xubuntu Linux.Only downside I've found so far (but was expected) is that the external monitor won't work via USB-C to the dock. The monitor USB ports pass through, but not the display itself. So as my laptop only has one USB-C port it's either use the monitor and this for travel only, or connect the monitor via HDMI. Not a big problem but worth bearing in mind.Very nice well made multi-port adapter and I'm very happy with it.
