Don’t like the feel of most creams and have to wash them off but this is no problem. Very light and feels natural.

Strong and effective with no smell. Soothing when applied but not everyone may have the same experience the instructions say to test on a small area or patch of skin.

I have tried countless creams and most have made me feel really bad. Flu like symptoms! I think it may be the Dong Quai in most phyto creams. Anyway I searched for one without and I am glad to find this one!! Controls my hot flashes and moodiness without feeling bad!!

I used this for a few weeks before writing a review. I used it in the morning for a few days and seemed to feel more tired than normal. I wondered if this was the reason so started using it at night. I felt like I slept pretty good. I am not sure overall though that I've noticed much difference between using it or not. Maybe a little less irritable? The cream feels and blends like some prescription creams I've had in the past. Not oily or silky. But rubs in smooth. The scent is negligible. I wish the bottle displayed the percentages of the active ingredients.

I started having menopause type symptoms in my 30's. Now in my 50's that ship has sailed.I still get hot flashes but I'm happy to say they weren't too too bad. I remember as a teenager my mother going through menopaused and needing the window open when it was 20 degrees outside. She even woke up one morning with snow on the foot of the bed. (It was a tiny bedroom). I think her mood swings were even worse.I count my blessings that my menopause wasn't as bad to me as it was to her.I never really needed synthetic progesterone. I was always someone who just dealt with the affects of "womanhood".When I came across this product on the Amazon Vine feed, I decided to look into it further.There were several aspects to this cream that drew me in. Those aspects are as follows (not in the order of importance).1. The instructions are written in English. I can actually read the directions as well as the ingredients.2. This product is not tested on animals. Although there are no harsh chemicals and therefore, may or may not cause harm to animals, I prefer to support products that do not test on animals. That is very important to me as an animal lover and someone who rescues all types of animals. (I do have a suggestion on who products should be tested on but that's another story).3. I can read and for the most part, understand the ingredients. How many times have you picked up a container to read the ingredients and can't understand anything other than it containing the red dye #40? I don't know what soy flavonoids are and there are a couple other ingredients that I don't know exactly what they do but I can read them.4. This product is made in the USA. USA products have to follow a certain guidelines in order to be classified as safe & effective.5. All natural products is important. I don't want to put items in or on my body that may or may not have a negative impact on me. There are no additives that may cause side effects. Some people are allergic to die, some are allergic to other items. There are no fake or lab created ingredients that may cause a concern.6. It's non GMO. Don't know what that means but I know people like to see that.I ordered this product because I thought, why not. Maybe it'll help with the negative affects I've been cursed with since menopause. Weight gain, aging, age spots, wrinkles, lack of sleep, hair growth, dry skin, sagging skin, dental issues, eye issues and the list goes on.There is no strong odor from this cream. It goes on nice and absorbs into my skin leaving no sticky residue feeling.So far, I've only used it a few times. I can't speak for the validity of the claims made by the manufacturer but on a good note, I had no ill effects. I am going to continue to use it & see if I notice any changes.Once I've finished this bottle, I'll come back and update accordingly.I do recommend this product.
