Awesome tool and a great price!
These tile nippers are awesome! They are very solidly built, and will break just about any piece of glass that I throw at them. Prior to buying these nippers, I would score pieces of 6mm glass and then try to break them with my running pliers. This was a lot of work and the sizes of the breaks was much larger that I would like. With these tile nippers, I just line them up where I want to break the glass, squeeze, and - hey presto! - the glass breaks off! I can make much smaller pieces of glass with these nippers, and there is not much strain on my wrist. I also use these nippers to easily break glass cane. Breaking glass cane is very difficult without a tool like this.

Great product, easy to use, sharp cuts.
I have another pair of these that I've had for probably 10 years. I started getting tired of the callus my old pair was starting to leave between my thumb and forefinger. I ordered these because the handles looked fairly comfortable. And what a difference! Very comfortable and nips stained glass, venetian glass, ceramic tile, you name it - with ease. It is a little "off" though in alignment. My friend says they are supposed to be that way, but it makes it difficult to make those precision cuts. Still well worth it for those random nips, and about 10 times faster than my old pair!

Great quality and meets expectations
My daughter wanted to buy this to make a glass collage for her Art Project. So far she's loving it and it cuts well. No complaints. She has high standards. If no complaints = great. Though it's one of the top end, but it's worth the money. The quality itself is high end.

Poor quality, no customer service / Edit: Good customer service
They seemed fine for the first few uses (cutting glass tile) but as I used them, I noticed one of the carbide wheels was coming loose. I tightened the screw ever so slightly with an allen wrench. I thought that fixed it but the screw kept coming loose. As I had to keep tightening it, eventually, the threads inside the casting disintegrated. The tool is now useless. It didn't last long enough to finish the project I bought it for. I had the tool for 46 days so my return window expired. I contacted customer service at Goldblatt Tools over 3 weeks ago and still have not received a response.Edit: After contacting Goldblatt at their website (instead of using the "info@goldblatt" email), they got back to me and resolved my issue. Customer service was very helpful once they were in touch with me.

Great nippers turned my 8ft mirror into mosaic in no time!
This is my first pair of glass nippers - I had no idea how awesome they are. Once upon a time, I had an 8-ft framed mirror on the wall. It fell down and broke, but due to plastic adhesive on the back, it stayed inside the frame. I thought the mirror would be fun to use for some outdoor garden projects, and picked up these nippers to break it down. They're so much easier to use than I anticipated, and I had the mirror broken down into manageable mosaic size pieces in no time. I have some tile in the garage that I'm going to tackle next. The Goldblatt nippers fit nicely in my hand and aren't too heavy, so I didn't experience any hand fatigue while cutting.

My first wheeled nippers
Nice space between wheels for stained glass nipping. Good spring action to allow my hands to work long and not as hard. Good value for money. Recommended by a glass artist online - glad she did!

Be prepared to replace every couple months with moderate use.
These work well for awhile....and I am fine with that because they are cheap enough. The wheels get dull or distorted and it would be awesome if they made wheel replacements but those are the same price as the tool itself. I suppose I could try to sharpen them however I am not exactly sure I could sharpen them without making them worse. I just don't want somebody to purchase these thinking these are a lifelong tool.:).
