Great for first aid kit and international travel.
These are a godsend when I have to travel with sprains and whatnot. Compact. Perfect size for most injuries. Get very cold and stay very cold long enough to do the job.

This strapped ice pack is the trick!
Having a sprained knee is no fun, and getting an ice pack to stay put isn't either! This strapped ice pack is the trick! When out of the freezer it is verrrry cold, so be sure to wrap it in a small towel and not lay it directly on your skin, but it works great. Directions say to leave it about 15 minutes, which I did, and I felt immediate relief.

100-0 in 8 minutes
TL;DR at bottomI got these after using an ice pack at work for (undiagnosed muscle issue). That one stayed cold around 20 minutes. I'm pretty good at timing at work because each product I work on is finished in 8-9 minutes, that pack lasted at least 2 products. These ones, once finally popped after some aggressive squeezing, will actually get super cold at first. But first one I used, didn't even last one product cycle. The one I just used (at home, 74° in living room) was useless by the 8 minute mark, completely warm soon after. This after vigorous shaking to try to revive it.I give 3 stars, because for what it is I think it's fair price. A google search tells me 20 minutes is optimal time to apply cold to injury. So you'll have to use 3 to reach that, or 2 to not have optimal cold application.Apparently, these are not really that useful to help with heat stroke, but fine for lesser heat related issues. With this in mind, I'll carry a few around with me in Disney World for general cooling off, since we're going in August.Pros: Starts off very coldSafe to put in backpack, will definitely not popCons: Doesn't stay cold longHard to popThe amount of air in the bag makes it difficult to apply to some areas.Update: I added a star because it does turn out they're good for eye swelling.

Convenience!
These packs are great for my son who has a torn shoulder Labrum and is away at college. He doesn't have access to a freezer and uses these after practice. They work great and easy to use anywhere needed.

More cool than cold
It works through the 15 minute time limit it has but it's not all that cold. Maybe the first minute or two it's a good temperature but after that it's most just a cooling temperature until it no longer works. If you need something to cool down on a hot day this would work but if you need to ice down after getting hurt or after getting a tooth pulled or something I would recommend just getting a cold compress.

Better than expected.
Got these for first aid kits. Coldness lasts quite a while (20-30 minutes)and seem to be good quality as well as a perfect storable size. Slightly difficult to pop when activating them, but I prefer that so they don't activate if the first aid kits get bounced around.

Ice packs
I bought these ice packs for my knees because they ate after I've been outside doing things they were quite well and they're easy to activate I've had other brands where they were very difficult to get the package to work properly these work perfectly fine would definitely buy again

Worked perfect
These worked perfect for what I needed them to work for. If you need them to stay cold for more than 15 minutes then you may want to try something else
