These pans are heavyweight and sturdy and come with two removable handles for the four pans. Heat distribution in great with no hot spots. So far they have proven to be non-stick which is always a plus.

First, I want to say I am not new to induction, have had my stove for about six years, and yes, I cook on it all the time :). The smaller stock pot and both frying pans are temperamental. They 'turn on' and stay on, and then it could be one minute or it could be 30 seconds, and boom, off, I'll see that bad news, the straight line on my stove indicator light. It happened all the time. With all the pans, once you can get them working, get them to stay on, if you take the pan off the burner, like if you tilt up, say, for whatever reason, then set it back down, nope, it doesn't want to turn the burner back on. I have to turn the burner off and start all over. Like I said, I've had the stove six years. I have two other brands of pots and pans and have Never had this problem, ever, not sure if it is because these are not triple clad or what. I can take any pot or pan, say, pour some soup, put it back on the burner and the burner and pan reunite and continue cooking. So the heat distribution on smaller stock pot is pretty good, and that's easy to rate, just watch your bubble pattern. After using the little stock pot three times, the bottom is kind of peeling away. Too bad.

I am using these for a regular glass-top electric stove (not an induction cooktop) and just wanted good-quality nonstick pans. There is quite a list of do's and don'ts in the instructions which could be common to induction cookware - I have no idea. Too many precautions to list here, but you need to be careful not to heat the pans too high, special precautions to avoid staining with salt, only add fat to a cold pan, and more. I think you can get used to the restrictions but some re-education about how you use cookware is required.The removable handles use silicon pads to clamp down on pots and pans which seems kind of unsecured at first due to the rubbery padding, but they actually hold on quite well. The glass lids don't self-center very well but they do have some small silicon nubs on the underside to place them in the correct position. The handle is a bit too heavy for the smaller pan and makes it want to tip over without sufficient weight for the item to be cooked - I had to prop it up under the other handle to cook some eggs. That said, it did a good job cooking my meal with nothing at all sticking to the pan.The price seems to be about mid-range for this type of cookware, so I suppose that is fair. Assuming the usage rules are common to induction-type cookware, my only criticisms are about the handle being too heavy for the smaller pan and the lids not dropping right into place like I am used to. The non-stick properties seem to be very good.

I have many pots and pans and cookware items since I love cooking so much. I had always wanted pans and pots with removable handles so that I could throw a pan into the oven to finish cooking a frittata or a steak. This nonstick cookware set is great for this need of mine. The 2 pots, 2 pans, 2 lids, and 2 handles are all well made, very sturdy, and are a great value. I do wish there was a lid included with the larger frying pan but I am able to use a lid from another pan I have. These pans are nonstick because I have made dishes in them such as custard, eggs, mac & cheese which did not stick to the pan. The handle for the small frying pan is heavier than the pan itself, but to avoid it tipping over, just make sure there is something in the pan before putting the handle on. Great and easy to use pots and pans!

This comes with 2 pans and 2 pots with 2 detachable handles and 2 lids. The lids only fit the pots and do not fit the pans which is a minus. However the pots and pans themselves are non-stick and heated up well. The best part of these is the detachable handles. It makes storing everything much easier as you don't have awkward handles sticking out everywhere taking up space. Attaching and detaching the handles is easy and when attached it feels secure. I didn't have any worry using the handles to move a hot pot or pan around. Its a nice pot and pan set.

We mostly cook with cast iron, but sometimes you need something simple. This Fohere pot and pan set is exactly what we needed. It is compact for storage, with each piece storing inside each other. It all fits in one spot in the cabinet, saving room for other items. This will also make it much easier to bring with us when we take a trip in our RV. The removable handles are a nice touch as well. I cooked both and omelet and scrambled eggs in the frying pans and had no issues with sticking. I used a little olive oil in the pans, heated them up and added my ingredients. I used wooden tools with the pans (which is what we use anyway). I appreciate how easy they cleaned up after cooking.The handles are too heavy for the smallest pan and I almost had a mess when using it on my gas stove because it almost completely spilled over. I also wish there was a lid for the large frying pan. Time will tell how long the nonstick will last, as that seems to be biggest problem with any nonstick pan set, but at least this set is inexpensive enough that I can replace them easy enough when the nonstick fails.

Great set of pans non stick is excellent.Great quality for the price.
