NOW FoodsAdam Superior Men's Multiple Vitamin, 90 vcaps pack of 2

I have been a customer of NOW products for about 4 years and have never been disappointed. The produce quality products at an affordable price.As far as these ADAM vitamins go, I've been taking the tablets for a couple years now and have noticed that they really upset my stomach if I take em on an empty stomach, not a big deal unless I don't have time to eat. Figured I'd give the caps a go to see if they were any different, and there is. The caps are so much easier on the gut.As always, very satisfied customer. I also take them in conjunction with NOW fish oil caps.

I certainly feel more virile when I take these! That’s a good thing, especially for a slightly out of shape 47 year old truck driver!

"NOW" is where my family gets most of our vitamins from. If they have it, we buy from them first. They were one of the first companies to publish the studies on their products quality testing. Both buy them selves and other organizations. I have always appreciated their integrity and transparency.When it comes the ADAM options, I like these Veg caps WAY BETTER that the Soft gels. Although the quality is the same, the soft gels smell awful and the residue on the soft gels leaks onto other medicines if you use a daily planner like myself. Those this version in my opinion is way better than the others. But if this one is ever out of stock, I'll still get the other ones.

palmetto causes gas... google it, it's known worldwide... this is not working for people with gas response to palmetto, which is, per many papers, ultra common, maybe half the people. I guess this can only be used ultra rarely and only with huge meals, to diminish gas, so only buy a tiny bottle that will last 2 years if used weekly. Palmetto benefits may be all hype, versus other foods anyway, so why eat palmetto? :)Please note that palmetto needs to be avoided before ocular procedures, due to its effect on iris. Google it.Also, NOW Foods needs to make all their white bottles opaque by an aluminum-like paper wrap that blocks all light to prevent oxidation of tablets, capsules, etc. They choose white since it's cheap, but if no paper, they would just use some dark blue or dark purple bottle to block light and keep light-induced chemical degradation to a minimum.At home I have some bottles i covered in aluminum tape and clear tape on top, so each time I get a vitamin, I transfer into those 10 bottles for different nutrients: choline, Hyaluronic, vitamin E, zinc, CoQ10, multivitamin, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, etc Until NOW does that you can copy my method. :) Thx. May you live to 9 billion. :)you can take only 1 capsule, meaning a third of a serving, and see if that reduces gas and pimples. :) Then take more individual vitamins.

good quality at good price

I have taken a lot of different multi-vitamins in my life and you quickly get to learn which ones are rubbish. These seem to stay in my system the entire day. Reason I know this is I can see when passing water that color changes not just for the first few times of the day but right into the evening. Very impressed!

These are the only men’s vitamins I have tried that don’t hurt my stomach. I feel like they actually help, other men’s multi vitamins not so much.
