NO, NO AND NO!
Please do NOT buy these. I'm 22 days post-op and got put in my garment at 7 days post-op (Size XL) and it tore on day 4 as you can see in the first photo. I then purchased a size L at 16 days post-op and that one too is ripping on the butt. These are $124.00 garments and there is no reason why they should be ripping in the first few uses. I feel like Marena owes me all my money back for even selling this garbage. I'm so very upset that I now have 2 of these that are ripped. Sadly, these are the ones my plastic surgeon recommends. I'll be talking to him at my 1 month post-op to get out and away from this brand!

shoulder bands are not long enough
This is my 2nd compression garment and I do like the manufacturer. Like nearly all the other reviews the shoulder straps are tooooooo short. I am short - I have a short torso and even for me the shoulder straps are too short. Not sure why the shoulder straps are designed this way but you can try to find an extender for the bra straps - just be aware this is NON RETURNABLE item.

Great for Post-op care
I got so many compliments on this item. Most of the post op garments used are in color nude. The nurses loved that I had something different. Comfort is amazing and the stretch is great. I used this after Lipo and bbl. I love how it does not compress on the hip and butt area. I am 5’4”, Pre-op 172 lbs, waist 32”. The only thing is that you might want to size down one or two sizes. I ordered a large and it no longer compressed the abdomen after a few days post-op. Not a big deal as I adjusted it by sewing about 6” to get the compression I needed in the abdomen. I usually adjust my garments and save a few buck by not buying a new one. Overall great item.

The best faja after a mommy makeover
When I woke up this is the faja that I had on after my mommy makeover surgery. Over time though the swelling goes down and it got too big which then renders it useless since the whole point is the compression. I purchased one size down (this one) for that reason. Before buying the same one again I had purchased several off of Amazon and returned them all. This is by far the best one around! One of the main reasons I love it is that the legs stretch. A lot of the others the legs were soooo tight that it was super uncomfortable. I even tried cutting the legs out of one lol I hated to spend another $130+ but you really do get what you pay for in this case.
