I can't say enough great things about this! I look forward to using this every night after a long day of stress at work! I purchased this to help with my circulation and with my balance as I am having so health issues. It has helped me with circulation issues as well as my sciatic nerve issues. The bright pink color makes me happy and the ease of use with the remote is helpful. I have recommended this product to many of my friends and I would gladly recommend this to those who are interested in seeking some pain relief and those who may have circulation issues. I've also lost a couple of pounds since using it.

I've prolonged this purchase for months and recently had a panic attack due to stress. My body was so tensed. I began having pins & needles, muscle spasm and this vibration plate has helped me tremendously! Amazingly everything my body was going through have subsided!!! My lower back pains I've experienced for years is completely GONE after just a week. One thing I MUST note...ITCHY IS NORMAL!! It does not last for a long time and gets better the more you use it.I started using the plate only for 5 mins sitting to get my body acclimated and move to 10 mins on the 3rd day. Day 5 I stood on it for 10 mins and felt great. I get on and just take deep breathes in & out for complete meditation.For anyone worried about weight requirements: I'm 6'1 and 245lbs and did not have any issues.Pros: Quiet, worth the money, easy to use, great for stress management, anxiety relief, muscle rejuvenation, reduce soreness and helps with blood flow. Doesn't take up space!Cons: standing on it without shoes hurts!

I love that it doesn't take up a lot of space in my room. Everything works, and it comes with a remote. I like that I can work out. You can feel the workout immediately. You will feel the burn!

For so long I have been overweight and trying different things to help me lose weight. I did my research and although the price was a little high, I decided to purchase the vibration plate. I started using it immediately, a few times a day for 10 minute sessions. I ate as normal. After 10 days, yes 10 days I didn't drop weight but what I did notice was my cottage cheese legs were gone and my skin was smooth. I noticed in the areas of my body where my fat was stored there were no longer lumpy fat deposits and I even began to develop tone I'm my legs. Even my husband commented on how smooth my legs looked and felt.After 14 days I did began to lose a couple pounds. I am 17 days in and I am overjoyed by the results I'm seeing. So for anyone who is struggling to buy this machine, I say do it. If you can not afford to do so wait for it to go one sale or save up for it. It is completely worth it. I have recommended this machine to all my family and friends. 3 of them have already purchased it. The way it works is as we gain weight the fat cells begin to get larger and larger. The vibration plate breaks down those fat cells so you body can more easily dispose of them. The machine is nice and sturdy and has various settings. The LED screen is easy to read. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. I never write product reviews but this machine works so well everyone should own one. If I could afford it I would give all my family members one for Christmas, yes it is that good. Don't believe me then go do your own research. I am in love and grateful I got it. I don't know how it will hold up over time but I sure will let you know if I have any issues in the future.

Have really enjoyed this for my health. I sit most of the day for work, this helps gets my circulation going. I am only on it 3 times a week, 10 - 20 minutes a day. The remote gets confusing to work but it is great.this is not suitable for traveling due to the weight.

This works great and easy to use! Affordable too.

It's ok...I don't like that when it is on high setting it literally Shakes my entire room to the point things are falling off the dresser....my remote settings don't work appropriately and I can't seem to have the timer go past 15 mins.
