Suppplement for bladder control
This bladder support supplement contains 60 capsules in a fairly standard supplement container.is 3.75 inches tall (9.5cm) by 2 inches wide (5cm). The container when opened and held to the nose does give off a faint but relatively pleasant smell that I cant quite place but guess maybe emenates from the pumpkin seeds. The capsules are smaller than a multi vitamin, easy to swallow with a very faint but not unpleasant taste, no real after taste or smell. The recommended dosage is 3 tablets a day for the first two weeks, reducing to two tablets a day afterwards so 60 capsules would last 21 days (14 at 3, 9 at 2). It is recommended on the product page that the supplement is taken for at least 30 days so this would mean buying two sets, which would actually then last 51 days. The capsules expire 21 months after the delivery date. The product is UK supplied (rather than stated as made). The product is vegan and the container itself is recyclable (type 1 PET - Polyethylene terephthalate). The main ingredients for bladder support and the “go less” element are Pumpkin Seed, Cucurbita pepo L, Maltodextrin and Soy Germ (Glycine Max L.), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin D3 Preparation, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride B.PI am at an age where and have also suffered from Diabetes in the past so frequent visits to the toilet have been an issue for me as was ensuring I always knew where toilets were on my long walks. That is the reason for my interest in this supplement.

Good Supplements
I've noticed I've needed to have a wee more urgently and once or twice in the night. Had all the medical checks and nothing wrong so I've put it down to age.Thought I'd give these a try as nothing to lose, even though I'm normally cynical of such supplements. The capsules arrived well packaged in a nice pot.You initially have to take 3 a day then down to two. They are about the same as a Lemsip cold and flu capsule so swallowing is OK. They claim to contain various ingredients to support good bladder function.Whilst I've no doubt that the ingredients are good for my bladder, as I nearly complete the course, I can't say I've experienced any massive improvement in urgency or frequency so the 'go-less' hasn't worked for me on this occasion, although perhaps I'm going slightly less in the night.

I have not noticed any difference, but not enough given to see expected improvement anyway.
I have personally not noticed any difference in how many times I get up in the night whilst taking these, but have run out before the suggested time that you should see an improvement. I am not willing to buy another pack to see if they will indeed work if I take them for another 9 days.

Vegan food supplement
I've had products from Zipvit before and have always been pleased with the service they provide, so I thought I'd give this food supplement a trialThese vegan tablets from Zipvit contain Pumpkin Seed and Soy Germ extract. The packaging carries the Vegan logo and states they are Vegetarian Society Approved. The tablets themselves are what I would consider medium size (see photo — I included a fifty pence piece for size comparison). They have a hard, silky feel shell and I found no difficulty in swallowing one with water. The directions on the packaging states that they should be taken 3 times daily for the first two weeks (3 x 14 = 42 tablets), then reduce your intake to 2 daily (2 x 9 = 18). Hence, when starting out on this food supplement, the bottle containing 60 tablets will last you for 23 days. This is 7 days short of the recommended "minimum of 30 days" which is stated "for best results". So, if you are new to this food supplement then you will need more than one bottle. When I have taken this food supplement for a few weeks I'll update my review detailing any benefit I'm experiencing.UPDATEI've now completed the 30 day course as recommended and I feel this food supplement has provided some benefit.
