As I know, there are no scientific studies that prove that ANYTHING you topically apply to skin reduces fat, but there is proof that targeted sweat catalyst have an affect on toning. This product makes you sweat, but you have to activate it via physical activity, and more by wrapping target area or wearing tight fitting garments when working out. Long story short, I am thoroughly satisfied with product. I used to use IcyHot for similar results, but this product is at a better price point per ounce (cheaper).

This stuff really does the trick. Applies cool but then heats up. Definitely makes you sweat like you've never sweat. Bump it up with a sweat suit or insulated shorts. Great value for the price. Easy to use pump.

I love this cream so much. I have really sensitive skin so I get scared to try new products on my skin. But this one didn’t irritate my skin at all. Obviously you’re gonna feel a little bit of a hot sensation on your skin, but I love that. It makes me sweat. Especially right now with this cold, it helps get my sweat going.

Omggg this product is impressive! I rarely write reviews, but this I couldn't pass up. I got it last night and applied the cream after my HIIT class and got into my infrared sauna blanket for 30 minutes and sweated more than I ever have in the near infrared sauna that I do once a week. Totally worth it!!

Smells like tiger balm, I like the smell of it so it was nice to use, could feel the cooling after 4-5 minutes on my skin and I used it for about 1.5-2 months regularly each night but didn’t notice much difference sadly. Still like the lotion though
