Exactly What I needed
I got this for my mom's serger as she has lost the original. Was not sure about it as the replacement part from the manufacturer was over $200 and this one was much less. Sergers are very expensive machines for the sewing room and it is hard to take a chance on something that is not original equipment. But my mom is getting up in years and can't see very well these days so I decided to take the chance. I am so glad I did. Mom is much easier to live with when she can spend time at her sewing machines. and yes I did say machines plural. between the 2 of us we have 9 all together, no make that 10 - I forgot about my tiny travel serger that I only use in an emergency. This was a good buy as mom is once again spending time at her machines so I can spend time at mine. This was a good purchase.

It is not compatible with the Pfaff Select 2.4
I bought it because it was said to be compatible with the Pfaff Select 2.4. The sewing machine worked with this foot control pedal, but the light bulb blew. When I asked the repairman, he said that with this foot control pedal, the light bulb will blow. If you have a Pfaff Select 2.4, I would not recommend this product.

I like the feel of the foot pedal. It’s a bit of a tight fit plugging into the machine. Other than that works very well.
