Presto 07117 12" Electric Skillet with glass cover

So far, I’m loving my skillet. Heats up quickly, doesn’t take up much space and clean up is easy. Good product, highly recommend!

So long story short I bought this second hand years ago and loved it and decided to buy it new years later and of course still an amazing product ! Lasts for so many years ! Easy to clean and store as well as to put together, great quality and the heating is amazing as well as the appearance and size . Easy to use and amazing value for the money ! Highly recommend this one (cooked meat and sauce and spaghetti)

My favored kitchen appliance replacing a 10 yr old Presto fry pan like this. The interior is fantastic where you can cook with little or no added oils. Solid cook surface is well made and gets hot quickly. This pan is about an inch taller than my the older one do I’ve a few burns on my wrists from it so heads up if this is a replacement. I’ll learn. The new part to me is the right upper corner of the pan is extended and shaped as a wide spout where you can pour out oil which is nice. The glass lid fits a little oddly I think because of that spout. The spout is a nice addition but it’s also a big drawback. The glass lid doesn’t cover the open spout so you continually venting from it no matter what your setting. It seems to defeat the reason for the lid because it’s not a small hole as before it’s an open spout. What I don’t understand is I got rid of my other pan as the cord was incredibly hot, after accidentally touching the insert plug, I was left with a blister so assumed the 10 yr old fry pan was failing. But this new one is exactly the same so now I’m not sure if it’s just that way it of if there’s a defect. But Presto is a great reliable brand and I’m a repeat customer.

To cook a main dish for about 30 people, I had to guadruple the recipe I wanted to use. Since my stove has only two large burners, I wanted two more pans to be able to cook everything at the same time. Bought two of these and they worked perfectly. Easy to control the heat, the nonstick finish is great, cleanup easy. Would buy again if I have to feed a bigger crowd!

We use this so often. The size acts as a slow cooker. We use it for frying, sauteying, grilling and much more. There is a spout for pouring or draining. Cooks evenly. You can Brown neat, then Sri the temp back and add other ingredients when making a stew.

This is a deep skillet. We finally replaced our old skillet that we had for more than 25 years. This one is deeper than most and just overall works great for alot of dishes.

I love this portable, table top skillet, I use this every day. Convenient and easy to clean.

It works as well as the skillet it replaced. Who could ask for more than that?
