Just what I needed so my wife can share the spin bike without cycle shoes
The media could not be loaded. This is a really simple idea that simply and easily changes a clip-in pedal to a flat pedal, so the exercise bike can be ridden with either clip-in shoes or normal, flat footware.It seems pretty sturdy, is a perfect fit and has a nice, diamond-pattern surface for gripGreat value and fast delivery.

Not for SPD's
As an MTB rider, I am very familiar with SPD pedals and was almost always was able to clip out during a crash. The problem was the `almost'. The last time, I failed and strained a ligament which took weeks to heal. So my family insisted that I go for flat pedals and I got these plates not appreciating that `SPD SL' are quite different to SPD. Even the manufactures of this plate don't understand as the box has two squares, a red one labelled SPD (they presumably meant SPD SL as they don't fit SPD) and the other blank one KEO. THEY JUST DON'T FIT SPD PEDALS!

Simple and effective
Easy to pop in and take out of your SPD pedals. Instantly turning them into flat pedals. Tested them out with a ride in my work boots, and they worked a treat. Great, low cost solution if you want to use your bike seriously with cleats, and as a "just nip to the shops" bike! Very good.

Slippery and wobbly
These are made of a very hard plastic that offers basically no grip at all. Especially when wet. Also they wobble in the pedal.As a result you never really feel stable on the bike. These are only suitable for very short rides.

Easy to clip in and put. Much quicker than changing the pedals on our bike between different users
