This stuff is amazing! And just in case you don't want to read my whole review... if you just bought a puffer of any sort --especially those Walmart Green Spotted Puffers... GET THIS and follow the instructions exactly--even if they don't look "sick". Your results will be worth the price. Puffers do not breed in captivity and get internal parasites in the wild. This will get rid of that with ease and make the likeihood of reaching adulthood greater. I have 3 tanks with puffers and they all got treated first thing when I purchased them, and is perfect for your med tank. My most glorious result is my Fahaka Puffer. We recently bought this emaciated guy who was like a stick--or rather, more like a tad pole, huge head, no body weight. He didn't have any use of his caudal/anal fins and kind of just shook side to side to get around and mostly stayed on the bottom. 3 weeks with PraziPro every 3-6 days and he has gained a lot of weight, uses his fins and doesn't look like an old man anymore. He's put on at least 50% more weight with a balanced diet. My GSP also got prazi and is as big as I've ever seen a Walmart puffer get. Everyone says they die right away, but if you TREAT THEIR PARASITES and keep good water conditions (marine brackish), he will thrive. Lastly, my little dwarf puffer, he got this too. He's a riot to watch chase the blood worms and ghost shrimp, he used to sit at the bottom also, but now picks on a rams horn double his size. Get this, get this, EVEN IF THEY DON'T LOOK SICK. A lot of puffers can host parasites without looking ill until it is too late. Save yourself the pain and get rid of them immediately!

Easy to use
My only issue is the distributor stuck a sticker over the instructions. With some fighting I got the sticker off...

User error...
I want to start by first saying the negative reviews for this product are complete crap. First, mine was clear when I got it... not pink. My fish were showing signs of flukes. Their behavior changed and even their coloration was off. My yellow tang was almost white and my trigger stay lodged in the rocks.. if he did come out he would dart around the tank... almost in a panic state. I followed the instructions... water change followed by skimmer off and any carbon out of the sump. I made sure my measurements were exactly as the bottle recommended. It took 3 of my measuring cups to treat the tank.. I have a powerhead on each side, so one dose on each side and the final in the sump. I kept the lights off and let it go. It's been one day and I can tell you that the fish are 100% acting normal. Their color is back, no more rubbing on the sand or head shaking. My coral is doing just fine. All crabs and shrimp are fine. I will probably wait another couple days then change the water and turn on the skimmer. If you've used this product and things in your tank are dying I am sorry to hear that. Either your fish were sick beyond saving or something went wrong. I can speak from my experience... worked for sure.. perhaps consider buying from BRS if you worry about a bad batch from amazon.

I had to give it 5 stars
I have to give this product 5 stars. I had a Discus feeling under the weather. I would do so many water changes and he would always be in the same corner tail up. I tried everything just to keep it chemical free but with no sucess. I brought the Prazipro to give it a try just because I didn't want to try others that make your whole tank water yellow. The next day of using the product the Discus that has been in this corner for 2 months was creeping out and started to eat. I was so amazed that I followed the directions after the first dose the next one would be in 7 days and I did this. Now my Discus that I thought was going to be a goner is up and about the tank eating with the rest of the Discus and finally getting back its color. To sum it up if you don't want to or you don't have a extra tank or you just don't want to go thru the trouble of getting your whole tank yellow because everything you have in your tank will turn yellow I would try this product first it worked for me. It's clear and stays clear and the good thing about this product is that you can use it as a preventive measure. Like I say in all my reviews shop amazon it will save you money than your LPS.

It works great!
I have two clownfish that came in with what I suspected to be marine flukes. The bigger of the two would rest at the bottom of the tank, belly scraping the substrate, hardly moving, flashing occasionally, with labored breathing. I was sure it was a goner. The smaller one was already exhibiting signs of flukes like flashing and scratching up against rocks but wasn't as far gone as the larger clownfish. Neither of them would eat even when I fed frozen foods. I ordered this as a last ditch effort and it came in two days later. I treated the tank just once yesterday morning. By the end of the day both clownfish were already perking up. This morning I wake up to see them swimming around the tank like happy healthy clownfish. They actually ate today and they are no longer resting at the bottom. This might just be a coincidence but I really doubt it. Just one treatment of this and I can already tell a huge difference in the behavior of my clowns. I'm convinced this this saved them.
