Great headband cover

Perfect to revamp your headphones..
..or disguise the damage your garbage disposal of a Doberman did to it. 🤦🏻♀️ Literally 2 days before I needed to travel, my Dobie decided my headphones would make a good snack & tore UP the headband. My XM4 headband was starting to have small cracks so this works out as a cheaper option to cover the headband. I don’t notice much of a difference in feel while wearing it, but if it touches your skin on your head the more silicon like material might make a comfort difference to you. After putting it on I took the end of zipper and cut it off easily with a small wire clippers since I didn’t want that flapping and it just looks better without it, if you need to unzip it again just put a small paper clip through the hole to unzip it but you should not have to unzip it often. While it does not look as nice as the original it’s not bad looking once you remove the zippers end. You can get like a $30 kit to replace the headband which I may do eventually but you need to cut the headband off completely to remove it if you go that route this seems like maybe a better temporary option.

Worth the purchase!
So far, this product is great! It was easy to put on, and the quality is butter soft. I found it easier to get this headband cover for my Sony Bass Boost headphones, rather than replacing the padding due to having to mess with the wires inside the headset. And you can barely tell (visually) it’s there when you wear it. Great product!

We'll see how they hold up with time, but I got them as a replacement to cover up the pad on my sony headphones. Works great.

Very thin and translucent
It does appear black when installed, but is translucent dark grey (like dark sunglasses) when held up to light. Very thin. Does not add any padding but does help stop headband from sliding back. Would be nice if the zipper pull locked in the up position, it seems likely to scratch some headphones the way it doesn't.
