I've had this for three months and use it at least daily, sometimes three times a day. I cannot tell a significant difference between this and the TENS machine my chiropractor charges $65 for, especially when combined with a large heat/ice gel pack. The massage and stimulator features are good, too. It was a little tricky to set up on by back (myself) for the first couple of tries but it's no big deal now, and very easy to set up on another person. The pads have held up through multiple treatments. I've replaced them once so far with the extra pads included and purchased additional pads at a reasonable price. The treatments, combined with stretches, have helped with lower back pain from a herniated disk and sciatica. The included case for this unit is an added bonus. A minor complaint is having to click through each level of the six different options. For example, if I want to change from the TENS cupping feature (levels 5-8) to the massage feature (levels 21-24) I have to click through 13+ levels. It does, however, stay on a level between uses and that is helpful. I highly recommend this unit.

First and foremost, the battery life is excellent! It says 20 hours of continuous use, and I've gotten at least that if not more. I charge it every 2-3 days of use, and use it 6-10 hours a day. It can run in 10 minute increments up to 90 minutes (default is 20) or "C" for continuous (stays on until you turn it off or battery dies). I've only used it for my lower back, it helps ease the pain while I work.It has 24 different settings with 30 intensity settings. The first 3-4 are useless IMO because I can't even feel the pulses until at least 4, I've had it to max a couple times to test it and it's pretty strong. There's only a few massage settings I use, there is room for improvement in that department. I found one that feels like a rolling pin going up/down on my back (massage setting #4).The pads...well, they claim you can get 45 uses out of them; if they would stay on your skin that long you probably could. I used the long pads about 2 weeks, by the end of the first I was pulling glue from my skin and clothing, about the same with the small ones. They work great to deliver the electric pulses, but really don't stay on your skin very well, they stick to your clothing though. Oh, they don't adhere to anything if they get wet, so if you sweat, they'll fall off, does on me anyway. You get 8 pads (4 pair) with the TENS unit, 4 big, 4 small. I've had it a month and am still using the ones it came with.The plug-in connection is also great. I bought my wife a TENS with the snap on pads, they disconnected every now and then while wearing, the plug in type that these have work great. After wearing and tugging on them all day, the leads and pads have never unhooked from each other.The TENS unit itself is FANTASTIC, the pads...they work. Order more pads when you get down to your last pair or two.

This TENS unit is a wonderful self-care device for anyone seeking to lower than discomfort when feeling soreness or chronic pain. I was prescribed one by a doctor and ended up getting this one instead for my back pain.1. The device has a good amount of power. The highest settings can really cause the muscles to pulse and I'm sure would be too much for some people, which is good if you want the option like myself.2. The device comes with two cables which each attach to two pads, meaning you can have four pads at once. The great thing is that each cable gets its own power setting, so you can make one pair strong and the other gentle for a separate area.3. The item comes with lots of extra pads for one the first ones stop being adhesive, you can replace them.4. The device adds lots of modes with different purposes, from engaging the muscles, to minimizing pain, to even giving a massaging experience.I've enjoyed this device greatly and would recommend this for anyone looking for a TENS unit or searching for something to help them with soreness or pain deep inside their muscles.

I wish you could separate the modes for the 2 different leads. I set A lead to 3 of 1 and that's what I have to have on B unless I'm missing something (if someone knows how to do it I'd appreciate it). I wish I would have got the unit with 4 leads (not sure if I could return it to get the other one)...but I love how it can run for so long. It is hard to put pads on with the leads attached unless someone plugs them in after they're put in place...then taking them off you don't want them to touch each other. They're very sticky!Really wish I could run 2 different modes.

Amazing that this unit provides the same therapy that my physical therapist uses a pro unit for. Once you get a feel for the best pad placement for the intended use, it's great. I initially got it to relieve pain from two severed shoulder tendons. When I'm in pain, 30-45 minutes can do wonders. Rechargeable battery lasts for many sessions before needing a charge.

AUVON 3-in-1 TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator, Dual Channel Electronic Pulse Massager is perfect for home use. The battery last a long time. It packs a strong current for a small machine. I could not get up to but halfway on the power notches. I have back pain and it’s difficult to attach the pads to the perfect spot. This little machine gives me some relief so, I can’t complain. It comes with extra pads, a case, charging cable, and lead wires. You will have to buy an adapter to plug it in to charge it. Most people have extras. I really like this machine and would recommend it to anyone needing a tens machine.

Absolutely love this unit. It's very easy to use with an easy to see screen. The intensity is much stronger than the last machine I was using. The pads stay securely in place. It comes with a handy holder for the pads too. I especially love the little pouch to store them in to keep the pads clean.

Great value, reasonable & very effective & easy to travel with especially outside of the country. Highly recommended by the PT . Fits in my purse. Was away 2 weeks & only need one set of electrodes. Very durable
