I use these every night about an hour after dinner and before bedtime. It relaxes me and helps me sleep and also helps me have a good bathroom experience in the morning. I have a bladder prolapse and it was recommended to me by the clinic I attend.

Standard staple that we travel with especially when we are in the heat to prevent cramping. The only thing that is a tad different with this version is the tube, which sent my backpack to TSA when traveling.Will put in different packaging for our next trip.

Best thing I've found in a long time. I take one tab in a 20 oz container of water and add 1 packet of orange Emergen-C. It's tastes good and my calves no longer bother me at night. If you are waking up with what is similiar to charlie horse (pain in calves) I would highly recommend this, I take one every other day.

This is the best magnesium supplement you will find, hands down. Highly recommend.
