This camera was an excellent addition to our barn camera system. I replaced a PTZ camera with this 180° wide angle camera and am very happy with the installation and performance. I followed the instructions to make the initial settings in the SADP tool, then used the web login to complete the settings. Next, the camera was plugged into the NVR to connect it to the system, then installed in the barn. Installation was nearly effortless, and despite its size and heavy metal construction, the camera was easy to mount. A template is provided to assist with positioning the fasteners. The microphone works well with clear sound coming through the NVR, and although I do not have need for the two-way audio, I did test it and sound coming through the camera is clear. Night vision is very good. This is a great camera with very nice features.

The media could not be loaded. - Very solid construction and build quality like much more expensive cameras- Packed with product features; can’t identify anything that they have missed- Sturdy metal camera housing- Package includes a very nice mounting template to aid in getting the mounting holes aligned properly- This is a larger camera body (to accommodate two image sensors and illuminators). Make sure you have an adequate mounting location and space for at least 2.5 pounds and a 5.5 inch diameter camera unit.- The camera DOES have both white (visible) lights AND IR lights (even though the IR lights are not currently depicted in the Amazon product images)- The ability of the camera to display color images in very dark conditions is amazing. The included images and video in this review were shot where there is some ambient light but things are quite dark to the human eye.- The quality of the “stitching” of the two cameras is superb. I am unable to see where one image sensor stops and the other begins in the video feed.- Note that the overall resolution for the entire device (including both cameras combined) is 8MP 4096x1840. So, the resolution of the video/images will be less than if two independent 8 MP cameras were mounted side by side. That being said, this unit is a great way to get 180 coverage with a single POE connection rather than having to mount, align, configure, and record two separate cameras to try to achieve the same 180 degree result.- Camera supports ONVIF so it is compatible with nearly all NVRs and doesn’t lock you into one vendor’s system- Support is great. I have always received a response within 24 hours during the work week (note that support is in Asia).- Anpviz stands behind their products with a great warranty- Overall, incredible value and features!

The camera arrived, and I’ll admit I was a bit surprised at the physical size of it. It is a big/heavy unit that is well constructed and appears to be built for long operation in exposed environments. Getting it connected was a breeze. I was able to power it using my existing PoE hub without issue, and connect to the camera using my Synology NAS surveillance software. No issues with setup, the 4K video is fantastic (amazing wide view), and I tested the speaker/microphone and also set it up to sense motion at night and activate the strobe light. No issues so far, and I’m looking forward to testing out the advanced motion/recognition settings to see what is possible. The camera does come with mounting hardware (base ring and mounting lags/screws), along with a user manual and quick start guide. My only complaint, is that I could not find any included documentation to explain the pinout of the audio/alarm cables that are available. Also, just be aware that this is not a stealthy video camera. It is LARGE and very obvious. :-)
