The media could not be loaded. We have a very small cloakroom with a tiny sink and having a soap bottle on the tiny sink makes it look cluttered, so we decided to go for a wall mounted soap dispenser instead.The Kimberly Clarke soap dispenser (code 6982) is compact in size so suits our small cloakroom perfectly. No fitting instructions were included, but we worked out that we needed to fit the plate to the wall then slide the unit onto the plate so the unit can be taken on and off the wall if needed. It took my husband less than 5 minutes to attach to the wall.It takes 200ml soap bags that can be purchased easily from Amazon. To fit the soap bags, just open the unit, slide the bag into place then close again.Overall, we are really happy with our new soap dispenser as it has given us more space at the sink and it looks nice on the wall.

These were bought to encourage the children to wash hands more frequently. There are no fitting instructions or guidance in the boxes. They have a small nib towards the top back plate which doesn't stay flush meaning these constantly pull away from the mounting plate at the top. The children find them very hard to push to deploy soap. Would not purchase this again and would seriously consider any other brands available. Avoid!

I was quite disappointed when this arrived as I expected better quality from Kimberly Clark. It's thin plastic and quite flimsy. It doesn't fit together well and isn't easy to open to insert the soap refill. I struggled for quite some time trying to open it as there's no instructions and being flimsy plastic I was afraid it would breakIt comes with screws and raw plugs but no instructions just a few drawings on the box that are not helpful. There's no indication where the screws go into the backplate you have to guess. There's no option for self stick it's screws only so if you have a fully tiled sink area you have to drill holes into your tiles.I'm also not happy that it will only accommodate the Kimberley Clarke refill bags which are quite expensive and have to be purchased in packs of 12. So there's no option for variation.I suppose for £7 it's cheap enough and it does do what it says in the listing but it's not good value because of the cost of the refills.I won't be using it as it's not cost effective.

KIMBERLY-CLARK’s PROFESSIONAL* Compact Luxury Foam Hand Cleanser Dispenser is a plastic wall mounted soap dispenser. The wall mounting fixings are included for brick/ concrete walls. Fitting is easy; there is a detachable mounting plate you attach to the wall and the dispenser slides onto it. It’s sized to fit the 6346-foaming soap, though found these to be a tight fit for the space inside the dispenser. Once it was inside there is a small button that dispenses a small amount of foam onto your hand; and doesn’t drip after user. After messing around with electric soap dispenser that never seem to last more than a few months the mechanical nature of this has me hoping it will last a good while longer. The soap isn’t secured inside the dispenser; there isn’t a lock; so if that is a concern this isn’t the dispenser for that location.

I’m not impressed with this white ‘luxury foam hand cleanser dispenser’. I expected better from Kimberley-Clark.It’s made of flimsy plastic and is poorly made. The back and front sections don’t fit flush together and so the lid doesn’t fit properly either.It comes with a wall plate, rawl plugs and screws, but no instructions or starter pack of soap. It also appears that only a specific brand/type of hand wash can be used with it.Needless to say, I won’t be using it.
