The original and best
These are excellent. I've found these original Keen Newport sandals much more comfortable than the H2 versions, which I returned because the artificial-material webbing rubbed my feet. Footbed of the originals is more comfortable too, plus I prefer how they look. Wide toe box keeps toes cool and comfortable and lets them spread out, providing stability. Soles are excellent for grip.One tip: whatever size you are in Clarks, go a size larger in Keen.

Protected toe sandals
I have had a few pairs of these Keen sandals over the years and the fit and finish is always good. I found for me the best fit is half a size down on my boot size. My main reason for getting this style, is the protective rubber toe cap. They now have a suedey type of sole bed which helps with sweaty feet in hot weather. I highly recommend them.

These are very good sandals.
Before I bought 6 years ago and they are still using, just like new because they are excellent sandals.

Rugged and sturdy but on the heavy side
These are great for hiking. They are made of good quality leather which makes them more resistant to abrasions and damage in general. It will also take some time to 'break them in' so to speak. The closed-off toes is a perfect protection from those sharp rocks you might stumble upon on your way. They arw waterproof so perfect even when the ground is boggy.They are a bit on the heavy side as fsr as sandals go. But I guess there's pros and cons to having them sturdy and rugged.

Very comfy for wide feet
Comfiest pair of sandals I’ve ever had although relatively heavy for sandals

Excellent sandals
Excellent sandals, rugged construction and very comfortable. The closed-in toe design means you can walk off the beaten track without fear of stubbing your big toe. I normally take a UK size 12 but ordered a size 13 just to be sure my big toe wouldn't rub on the inside.

Slightly on the small side
I have had a pair of these for years. They were brilliant but finally gave up the ghost. I had to return a first pair as, having chosen what it’s normally the most accurate size for my feet, they were too tight. I went for half a size up and have kept them although I could have gone a size higher still.
